Overall fantastic!! I contacted the office after Christmas as I had no heating or hot water and the girls in the office were absolutely fantastic as they arranged for Greg to come and see me the same day - Greg is extremely knowledgeable and professional at what he does, it wasn’t a hard sale.. he went in depth about how the company works and the ‘company that cares’ which I’ve never seen from anyone else before. Josh who came to install my boiler was absolutely fantastic, very clean, tidy and friendly. I wouldn’t look no further as these guys are the best in the business, I’ll always be using them now for any future work that needs to be carried out

Diligent are a great company to work…
Diligent are a great company to work with.
Friendly staff (both contractors and in the office) who keep you updated on works and its never too much trouble if you call and ask for information.
Work is always completed in a timely manner at a reasonable cost and to a good standard.
I have been working with Diligent since 2020 on a large portfolio of properties covering the West Midlands and they continue to be our preferred contractor for general maintenance.
