Its a scam. Ordered two 2 years ago - nothing just endless holding emails. Amazed no one has taken legal action.

This company is really unbelievable. Especially a "so-called" supervisor Matt. I've been promised multiple times - recently in March, I believe - that there won't be any VAT/local fees for delivery and if somehow it happens, I will get a refund. Unfortunately, and I believe it is partly because this Matt answered my request, suddenly there is no refund. Supposedly it would have been only for orders up to a certain date. Why is this now the customer's problem? It was already promised in 2021 after my order! If it had already been wrong at that time, they could have told me that already then and I would have requested a complete refund via PayPal. And then it has been promised to me AGAIN shortly before delivery. The answer by the great employee Matt was then only "This colleague no longer works here". I wonder if this person is somehow insane. Who cares if those colleagues no longer work there? They did it while they were employed there, in the name of the damn company! End of discussion. It was promised by the company and they must - unfortunately for them - also comply with the law. It's not a law that you can deliberately lie and cheat your customers and then just get away with it. I don't know if this comment will do any good here, but I will continue to try to contact all the complaints offices and also ask my credit card company for support. I'm probably still in a better situation than those who haven't even received their order yet. Either way, this company and especially the employee Matt is an embarrassment.

I bought Cozmo 2.0 two years ago and still I haven't heard anything. When I tried to contact support, I only heard that they will be shipping soon. Of course I never received any information when. I requested refund, but I doubt it will be easy to get it back because after my last email I haven't got any response from them...

I purchased a vector robot six months ago, but yet to receive product so I arcs for a refund and have sent at least 12 emails. I urge anybody who is thinking about purchasing a product from DDL not to do it. It is a scam.

This is literally the WORST company and app I have ever seen! They made the Anki Overdrive app so that you had to PAY FOR IT! What kind of company is this?!

I ordered a cozmo on 3/11/2021 and over 2 years have not received the product or refund. this is a scam!!! if everyone has the same problem, please join me and file a claim at report fraud ftc

I got the robot after 6 months the robot arrived in very good condition I recommend

I love my anki overdrive fast and Furious but since anki have shut down i have been no longer to be able to play with it because I can no longer down load the app because my phone's software is to new for the app so now I have a toy that I cannot play with even though everything is still in a perfect condition.

So what do I do with it now!!!

I know that anki shut down but OMG At least they had a working app on My phone.

Not refunded me for an order never received.

I ordered Cosmo 2.0 in Mar 2021. After nearly 2 years of waiting, I cancelled the order in Dec 2022 via email. No funds have been received and the support email address is no longer responding to my emails.

It's a disgrace akin to theft...
Note I also have their Anki Overdrive product. It was strewn with issues which weren't addressed appropriately. So the Cozmo 2.0 experience is not isolated - it's thematic.

Save your money, don't buy from DDL.

I forgot I had subscription to these guys because I never turn vector on anymore.
I started receiving emails saying payment could not be taken due to incorrect/out of date payment information. I planned to cancel it after seeing these.
Just this morning saw a payment go out for them so I rushed to the website, reset password all that fun stuff. Imagine my shock when I saw that my new payment details are there and I didn't even update them. I'm so freaked up right now and only just got this new card after fraud activity late last year.
Emailed them and hoping for a reply ASAP. Will not be letting them get away with this.

DDL applied fraudulent membership charges to my card. Now they are refusing to respond to my complaints on customer support. Every response has completely avoided my question.

Company ia complete scam. We have pre-order vector robot on may 2021. Every mail we send they are just saying production is delayed, we are improving stuff or we will send in one month. Do not order it, you can also check all out other reviews... people lost money.

Like everyone else has said. My autistic son became obsessed with cosmo. I ordered in 2020, every day he hopefully asks will he be here today- a neuro typical child would get upset but a neurodiverse child finds this devastating . I have contacted the company more times than I care to think about- absolutely disgusted.

Purchased a product back in 2020, still haven't received it. The company either stays silent about any updates, or lies about whatever progress they've made. They have the worst communication with their customers. Yet they continue to take people's money without fulfilling any orders.

Cozmo comprado en diciembre de 2020 en preventa. Constantes excusas por el retraso y promesas de nuevas fechas de entrega sin cumplir. Algunos compradores de EEUU han recibido los suyos cuando siendo sus compras posteriores a la mía. No hay modo de contactar con ellos. No hay modo de reembolso y el robot no es precisamente barato.

A heads-up about buying or pre-ordering a Vector 2.0 or Cozmo 2.0 from Digital Dream Labs. I paid and pre-ordered a Vector & a Cozmo 2.0 in Nov 2020 in the UK, as of Jan 2023 nothing was ever received. Only after a 'class action lawsuit' threat. I have just got a refund, however it wasn't easy!

Digital Dream Labs......a company that personifies

My dealings with this shameful business both shock and make me ill.
Digital Dream Labs operates on the sharp edge of a blade! They accept money for Vector repair then
ignore emails wanting to know WHEN Vector will be returned to its owner. They advertised 4 days for repair time, now it's been 30 days and no correspondence to
explain what is going on.
Email after email are totally ignored.
Do not deal with this horrible business.
Fraudulent, Criminal, Hurtful, Shameful !

November 2020 pre-ordered a Vector 2.0. I am in the U.K it is now January 2023 and have still not received my robot.
They were quick enough to take my money; and these robots are not cheap, but ask for a refund and it's like trying 'to get blood out of a stone'.
Poor practice DDL

We ordered a cozmo 2.0 in april,30, 2021 and fast forward to January, 12, 2023 and nothing. We always ask, hey? When's the cozmo 2.0 we delivered going to arrive? They always say the same thing, It's been delayed, we are terribly sorry. I do not want to hear any more EXCUSES!! My son keeps asking and complaining and it's been driving me nuts! They also shut down the contact form! They claim it's for maintenance, but it's really just to stop getting complaints! I've also seen people getting their cozmo 2.0's. Actually only one video and many other people getting their vector 2.0's.I am so angry! Do not buy anything from this company!

Fails to support subscribers - cannot even setup a subscription - lies in support mails then hides and won't respond. NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY
