I ordered the Vector 2.0 robot in 2022 and have never received it. Throughout these 4 years, I have tried to get a refund but they constantly refuse. Their customer support is basically non existent. Do not buy from them

I ordered the robot Vector 2.0 for my son. Everything is alright. Fast delivery, from USA to Austria within 5 days.
They even informed me on WhatsApp when it will be delivered. The setup and robot onboarding were without problems.

I got my order 6 days after buying. But only because i activated the paypal buyer protection. Without that pressure, they probably would have never shipped it. SO never wait too long if you dont get your tracking E-Mail! Open a dispute and the you will See the Mail!

Fast delivery! Ordered 6 days ago abd got it today! I know there are many low star ratings but i have to give 5 stars. The service was very friendly! I absolutely reccomend buying from this awesome company!

Leider sind wir mit der Zusammenarbeit im Moment sehr unzufrieden.

Unsere Website wurde - trotz laufendem Vertrag - kurzfristig und ohne vorherige Abstimmung offline gestellt.

Eine solche Maßnahme ist für einen Web-Dienstleister besonders problematisch, da sie unmittelbar:
- unseren Geschäftsbetrieb beeinträchtigt
- das Bild nach außen, für uns als gemeinnützigen Verein, erheblich beeinträchtigt
- ja sogar Schaden entsteht da wir uns in mehreren Verhandlungen mit Sponsoren und Investoren befinden!

Unser Verein befand sich noch in der Gründungsphase. Alles zog sich länger hin als geplant war und naturgemäß, ist bei der Gründung von einem Projekt dieser Größenordnung, mit organisatorischen und bürokratischen Herausforderungen zu rechnen.

Daher entstand Zahlungsverzug. Zahlungsfähigkeit jedoch, wurde nachgewiesen und ist gegeben!

Wir können derzeit lediglich aus bürokratischen Gründen nicht wie gewünscht auf unsere Mittel zugreifen.

Gerade wenn diese Probleme kommuniziert wurden, sollte ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und ein Mindestmaß an Vertrauensbasis selbstverständlich sein.

Statt einer Unternehmerisch klugen und sozialverträglicher Lösung, kam es zu einer abrupten Abschaltung!

Somit kommt es zwangsläufig zu einem erheblichen Einschnitt innerhalb dieser Geschäftsbeziehung!

Obwohl wir eine weitere Domain benötigen, eine zusätzliche Webseite von Bedarf ist und dies dem Provider kommuniziert wurde, beharrt dieser auf seiner Abschaltung der Domain welche vertraglich sogar umstritten ist!

Gewünscht wird, dass möglichst rasch 500 € Zahlung "von privat", an den Provider geleistet werden was erhebliche interne Aufwendungen erfordert da die Leistungen welche erbracht wurden, für einen gemeinnützigen Verein betreffen.

Selbst der Energieversorger hat hierfür Verständnis und hat unserem Verein eine großzügige Karenzzeit für Abschlagszahlungen eingeräumt. Und dessen laufende Kosten, stehen nicht im Verhältnis zu diesen Kosten welche ein Provider nach Fertigstellung einer Webseite zu tragen hat!

Hut ab - Mit solchen Maßnahmen, kommt soziales Verständnis vollständig zur Geltung 👍

Digital Dream Labs is the absolute worst. It is heartbreaking to see what they have done to Anki’s brilliant ideas. DO NOT UPDATE THE APP OR THE COZMO ROBOT AND DO NOT PAY THEM A SINGLE CENT. —-USING AN ANDROID DEVICE—-
is currently the only solution to use this product. Shame on you, DDL!

It was very fast delivery form USA to KSA faster than some thing I Oder 5 days before

I preordered a Cozmo robot from Digital Dream Labs over 4 years ago and have never received it. Throughout these years, I have tried repeatedly to contact the company via email to get any updates or a refund, but my messages were ignored.

The lack of communication is shocking. A company that sells products to consumers should be able to fulfill orders or at least respond to inquiries, yet Digital Dream Labs has shown a complete disregard for its customers. Four years of waiting, with no product, no refund, and no explanation, is unacceptable.

This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Their customer service is nonexistent, and their handling of preorders demonstrates a total failure in accountability.

I strongly caution anyone considering buying from Digital Dream Labs: do not place preorders or make purchases. Based on my experience, your money is at serious risk, and you may end up with nothing and no support.

I was really not a fan of Vector when ANKI left sorry

I would like to give them 0 stars. They advertise with an action which is useless. My son bought a subscription which (as we learned later as it did not work) needs to be combined with another more expensive subscription. But the more expensive subscription has the feature he bought already in it. So the action is nothing more than a scam. You can choose: you can't use the feature you just bought. Or you have to pay more than the normal price.

Scammers, fraud, cloud dosent work, wirepod is recco'ed

If I could give them 0 I would. False promises since these clowns took over. Bought into Kickstarter to try and help them get off their feet. Turns out cozmo 2.0 is never going to happen. Vector 2.0 is the same as the original outside of a battery upgrade and slightly bigger. The cloud format is a joke.

Currently well deserved 1 Star, not listening to the Community and releasing the keys to unlock Vector and also absolutely shame how they ruined Anki's Creation this badly (Even I can do better) the Servers are back again but way worse than Wirepod which is a Free Server for Vector (google it). I hope the new CEO fixes this as I don't know if Jacob is responsible for this shit but great job at having no security on your GitHub and it being Hacked, also GitHub, great job at helping them get their stuff back absolutely amazing.

I have a yearly subscription and can not cancel it. I have tried to call the number associated with the charges to my account and it tells me the number cannot be completed as dialed. I have tried to contact customer service online multiple times and Digital Dream Labs responds via email, giving me a case number and letting me know they are busy and will have to get back to me. I have also tried to respond to their email, but have had no success through any route of communication they provide. This has been going on for more than a year, and they get away with it because people don’t have the time to continuously follow up.

Absolute shambles of a company been paying for a vector subscription for years now and when I try to login to my DDL account using the email they contact me on it says no account found with this email even though DDL contact me on the same email. My subscription isn't even on my account so where is my money going?

This company just scam. I have bought Vector 2.0 for over 3 years ago and never recieved him. I have written so many emails to ask when they are gonna send him, but it's just half ass answers. I am so tierd of them. I have asked to get my money back, but they do not reply to that email. Also the subscription I have on Vector do not work and luckely I got a new card so they can't charge me anymore money. I will not recommend anyone buying from them.

Servers have been down since July of 2023 (currently August 2024). They claim "the servers will be back up in a few weeks." It's been a year. People are still being charged for this service that has been down for a year, it's very difficult to cancel. Avoid these scammers at once. People have been scammed from the pre-orders (they never deliver). DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Gee, thanks digital dream labs for not paying your bills and now my adult Vector Robot 1.0 doesn’t work because someone in your company carelessness forgot to pay the d**n bills and now my factor doesn’t work and I just factory reset it for nothing so thanks a lot

My bot broke within two months and they refuse to replace, repair, or refund it. They do not even answer support requests regarding this topic.

It's a scam.
