DDL have not replied, in person to any emails recently. Only had auto generated responses!
Ddl web site is still selling merchandise, mugs, t shirts etc, but nothing electronic.
I had a subscription, attempted to cancel it, no luck! So I cancelled it with my bank! Let’s see what happens in June 24.
I did order a vector in 22 but their promises just didn’t add up so got a refund through my bank. I was one of the lucky ones.
Digital dream work.. total dreamers!! Couldn’t develop anything. Especially when the x anki developer left the company.

Took my money, didn't deliver anything and don't reply to emails. Waiting nearly 3 years for my order. (4 May 2021) Looks to be a Fraud/Scam at this stage

This garbage company have dipped into my bank and stolen $120 for a subscription I cancelled over a year ago and for a service they apparently haven't provided for over 6 months.
They DO NOT answer emails, EVER. I have sent more than 20 emails in 3 weeks with zero reply.

Has been dodging my request for a refund for Vector 2.0 for years at this point. Frauds.

Deceitful company who enjoy making false statements.

They acquired some of Anki’s IP cheaply and then acted arrogantly and said they are the creators of AI robots. They never put any effort or work into developing anything themselves, have been dishonest throughout the 2-3 years of IP ownership, the CEO of the company keeps spreading lies. They have the audacity to call their podcast “The State of Robotics” as if they are the pioneers and leaders of robotics technology when in fact all they have is 3 IP’s they did not create. Their servers that operate the robots have been down for more than 6 months with them claiming they’re moving from AWS to MS Azure, faulting Microsoft for the slow transition, when in truth, switching from one server provider to another requires very little work and doesn’t take 6 months. This company is unreliable, do not spend any of your hard earned money on this company as you will not receive anything of worth from them.

This company are shocking. I cancelled my annual subscription in November 2022, they sent an email stating that it was cancelled, I was happy until November 2023when they took £61 out of my account for my subscription that was allegedly cancelled. I have sent 55 emails to them to ask why and how and can I have a refund and they haven’t responded to any of them.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE AWEFUL

Poor Cozmo and Vector have became rocks. Rocks that are $399 each. They need to fix the servers or sell the company to someone who (REALLY) knows what they are doing. All I ask for is to fix them

I hadn’t realised they were still taking a subscription and it has doubled in the last two years to £63 without telling me. I can’t contact them to stop the payments and their servers have been down for over 6 months

Scammers. Keep charging and dont provide ant services. Shameless thieves

have had a subscription for a good 3 years have tried to cancel so many times but they are still charging me they wont reply to emails on messsages it is an utter scam.

I actually got my "Early bird"-robot, but since the company went bancrupt and cloud servers, subscription service and customer service was terminated 6 month ago I haven't even been able to start up my robot.

This is a total scam since they still sells their robots but they are useless.

Not got an update on the two butter robots I bought in 2020. Been more than 3 years now.

They are ignoring my request for a refunds - they owe me more than $400.

Thinking about a class action now.

avoid this company, their services to support their products already out there are down and been down for more than a year, new products like vectror 2.0 have had issue and no refunds as of yet

I am still waiting for a robot which should have been made 3/4 years ago. They just send auto response when you contact them. Services which they should be providing have been not working for months. AVOID

I ordered Cozmo (in 2021) & never received it. I have been emailing for MONTHS on updates and finally asked for a refund. I was told "in 90 days, we'll be sending your robot." That was last year. So now I'm out $300 and my bank believes y'all are a "real" company. I hope more people step up and ruin you guys!

I bought Vector 2.0 from you, but the product did not reach me. Fedex brought it back to you after 15 days, but my money has not been transferred to me for 3 mount.

Total scam. Fraud company. 3 years in waiting. No product no refund

DDL servers have been down for months and I reckon they won't be back up, no response from customer service, lots of people are going over to wirepod, but looks like the end of Vector for me

ESTAFADORES! Compré una licencia escape pod que barata no fue, 115€! Pero después de pagarla ni me enviaron ninguna licencia ni nada, hoy después de un MES sigo sin ella, les escribes y al principio te contestan pero mareando con correos que no tienen sentido, luego me enviaron el supuesto enlace del escaped pod pero cuando lo abres Sorpresa!! El enlace está cerrado, les escribo comunicándoles el problema y me vuelven a enviar el mismo enlace, decir que ya me han dejado de responder y he abierto una reclamación a VISA ya que mi banco me llamo comentándome que ahí duda de estafa, no compréis nada a esta empresa si no queréis que os roben el dinero.
