Issue was quickly resolved
I had an issue with my order, the color match wasn’t the same as the tester pot I had previously had. Nightmare! However the Decorating Centre Online were brilliant at sorting it out. They responded quickly to my email cry for help, and after sending a couple of photographs they rushed a new order over to me. Brilliant customer service. Thank you.

Terrible customer service
Spent thousands with them this year, but if you have an issue they are too incompetent to resolve it. Had a few issues and 50 emails later it’s still not sorted. Customer service has cost them me as a customer

Great experience with DCO
My experience with DCO has been excellent. I emailed them to see if they could colour match particular paint colours and not only could they do it but the paint was sent out very quickly that I was ahead of schedule to decorate.
I’ll certainly be purchasing more paint in the future.

Mixed experience with Decorating Centre Online. The paint quality is generally good, and their advice helpful, but customer service fell short when resolving a problem with mismatched paint. Quick delivery and reliable packaging were positives. However, refusal to address legitimate concerns left me disappointed. They have potential but need to prioritize better issue resolution.

They colour matched the paint I wanted absolutely perfectly. Delivery was exactly when it was predicted and I was kept updated at every stage. One of my tins arrived damaged and they were very quick to apologies and offer and resolution. Great customer service and great quality paint. I still have a whole house to decorate and will be ordering more.
