Shocked that these guys would receive anything other than a 5-star review!! I’ve used them 4 or 5 times now and everything has been absolutely spot on every time - from the advice over Instagram answering my hundreds of questions, to the quick delivery, excellent packing and excellently priced, high quality paints. I even re-ordered a colour match paint and unknowingly entered the wrong shade and they emailed me straight away to double check I didn’t mean a different one, which I did! Amazing customer service. I wouldn’t even consider ordering from anywhere else.

Awful Customer Service
Spent hundreds of pounds on paint and when I brought up an issues was basically told it was my own fault.
A vinyl Matt paint that isn't durable and picks up every mark under the sun.
My fault.
A water based gloss that doesn’t stipulate it will ONLY work with water based undercoat.
My fault.
Please don’t even attempt to send a response to this because I’ve had enough blame placed on me, despite the fact your website offers little to no help.

We've looked into our records and can’t find any contact from yourself regarding these issues, but we’d love the opportunity to help.
To clarify, vinyl matt is designed to be a cost-effective option for low-traffic areas that don’t require frequent cleaning. It’s a non-durable finish, which makes it unsuitable for spaces that need regular wiping or scrubbing. If your space is more high traffic we do have a range of products available which are class 1 scrub rated.
Water-based gloss products are generally designed to be used as part of a system, so for best results they should be paired with a compatible water-based undercoat. If you have a specific undercoat in mind or a certain finish you're trying to achieve, we’d be more than happy to recommend the right product combination.

I placed my order - which I have to say was the best price when searching - was told free delivery, which was fantastic. Was kept informed when my goods would arrive. It was delivered when said and packaging was so well thought about that i didn’t have to worry about my order being damaged. Keep doing what you’re doing DCO - best service I’ve had in a long while.

Excellent, friendly family run business.
I have been shopping with this family run company for a long time. If I ever have an issue, it is dealt with promptly. The customer service is top notch A1++, and always a friendly reply to every message I have. Need a recommendation for anything, it's no problem. They are always there to help, especially with the videos from Helen to help along the way. Splendid online ordering experience.
Ordered 6 tins of paint on Wednesday confirmed same day, arrived on Friday tracked all the way. What was so good about this was that I had previously ordered the same paint from another company online. That order was confirmed, the money was taken from my card and then all went quiet. In spite of phone calls and emails to them to which there was no response after a week. Such a difference!
