Failed to match paint, the brand for which had been discontinued, with tester pots. Consulted AI which directed me to DCO. Thought might as well try. Thank goodness I did. The paint was delivered within a week and is almost a perfect match (the instructions do say about 10% colour variable). Very happy with colour and paint (ordered the matt). Would recommend.

The advice, Then the product eg. Rollers for applying Hevy duty paint to pebble dash and stipple outside. Just different and so easy to use. Take your time.

My first delivery was wrongly delivered to a neighbouring house. No issue, immediately resent and delivered at 8.00 next morning.

When searching for the paint I needed on the internet, Decorating Centre was the cheapest but also very streamlined on the order and delivery.

I am a painter by trade and I use DCO as my main supplier for all my paints and equipment. The DCO pro is fantastic. They are very competitively priced and I find best most other suppliers. The next day delivery with DCO pro is fantastic.

Being a decorator I need paint and materials in a hurry. Purchased 5ltrs little greene satin (mixed) from DCO price cheaper than anyone else online including little greene themselves. Fast delivery on time and well packaged even got a follow up email to make sure everything was ok. Wouldn't hesitate to order more paint from DCO

Ordered samples which never arrived. Replacements sent which also never arrived. Ultimately had to source elsewhere.

We would like to thank this company for the amazing customer service we experienced on Friday and Saturday. The man who helped us went the extra mile to help us find the perfect match for the job, firstly recommending a brand and type of paint and then advising us it could be mixed to match any brand or colour!
The finished result is perfect and we wouldn’t have been able to get the colour right without his expert help. He even allowed us to come back the following day and have the shade adjusted slightly! We are so happy with the colour match and it’s rare to experience such excellent customer service! This shop really does go the extra mile for their customers and we would highly recommend them.

I don't normally leave reviews but the customer service I received was incredible so here I am! I ordered two colour matches from DCO and was super happy with one but had issues with the second (no one's fault just a variance in the colour match). Helen went out of her way to rectify this for me. Would 100% recommend to anyone to order paint from here, as I will do in the future.
