Great products and delivery with decent prices
Sent the correct item I ordered, love the dulux heritage range of colours and the paint is lovely to use. It was the colour match and matched a velvet Matt version I’d already used very closely. Which is great seems it’s eggshell so a different finish.
Won’t hesitate to use again as was cheaper then the dulux centre down the road.
Very pleased.

Lost £200 due to a 3 days delay in delivery
We ordered about £200 of paint to redocarate our livingroom. The order was placed on Mon evening with a next day delivery option, but it only arrived on Fri due to issues with delivery. The tracking info would show the parcel due for delivered "tomorrow"; however, the parcel would not arrive, and the delivery date would shift by one more day. On Wed, one of the 4 items we had ordered arrived, but no idea what had happened to the other 3.
We were meant to leave for holidays on the Fri, and had arranged for the decorator to do the works while we were away. As the remaining items had not arrived by Thu night, and as the tracking info were so unreliable, our only option to ensure the decoration could start on time was to buy paint from a local decorating centre.
The DCO items were eventually delivered on Fri 13:00, when we had already left. One of the items was still missing.
Overall, due to a 3 days delay in the delivery, we ended up paying over £200 for paint that we will not use and can't be returned as it was color match. So far, neither DCO nor DPD has taken financial responsibility for the delay.
My recommendation is to place your order at least 1 week before (especially if you are using color match which cannot be returned) to account for situations like ours, where the parcel is lost and nobody will take responsibility for the delay.
When we notified abiut the delay, the DCO customer service has been very responsive and tried their best to chase the delivery company. However, we receiced no reply to our complain and (even partial) refund request.

We are so glad we found this website. Was trying to look everywhere for a small can of Dulux white trade paint, couldn’t find anything smaller than 2.5L, but we only needed it for a few little touchups on our rental. We were really happy to stumble across DCO’s website where we were able to find a 250ml can. Parcel was well-packaged and sent quickly, and the price was really fair! I recently needed paint and decorating supplies for a new project and came across DCO Decor
. Before placing my order, I called the company with a few questions in mind, and the lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely energetic, professional, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel confident about ordering from them.
Even though the company is quite far from my area, my order arrived surprisingly quickly. Everything was packaged very securely and professionally, which immediately showed the level of care they put into their service.
I also want to mention the delivery driver, who was very polite, respectful, and arrived exactly on time. These days, good customer service from start to finish is rare, but this company really impressed me.

I have bought paint from dco for a few years and I would never dream of going elsewhere. Any project that has some challenges, I will contact Helen and she always responds and gives great advice! The service they provide is amazing and I would always advise friends and family to shop with them, I only wish I lived close to the shop!
