Unfortunately we were the subject of multiple bot attacks placing orders for products that should not have been available for purchase.

All orders were cancelled and refunded immediately at our end, but we appreciate there may a slight delay whilst Shopify and your bank processes the refund.

We have also taken steps to prevent recurrence, such as manual payment approval by a human customer service agent once an order has been received.

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment. Unfortunately, the low allocation from Pokemon is out with our control, and as soon as we became aware, we issued a full refund.

Thanks for your feedback. Sorry to hear your concerns, however, we need to correct the false claims made.

All our pre-orders do come with a price-promise in which we refund the difference if we lower the price of the product before release.

This particular product was supplied directly in the packaging from Pokemon.

In this case, the “damage” in question was a break in the shrink wrap in 2 corners of the outer packaging of the product of roughly 1cm and there were no other concerns raised with the product itself, and therefore not a damaged product (where no return fee would have been charged). Consequently, the return would be subject to the refund policy explained on the store website.

We appreciate the frustration with reply speed. We take pride in our customer service, each query is handled manually and as a small business this can result in longer times between responses compared to automated systems. However, at no point was the customer blamed.

All feedback is appreciated and used to continually improve our customer service.
