Resealed packs

Bought some packs off amazon and it lead me to these sellers.
They were missing the seal and all opened from the bottom.
The other name they sell under is the zard shop.

Hi, sorry you have had a bad experience shopping from the US Amazon site where Amazon may have sold you a return as all logistics are handled by them including refunds and returns.

Unfortunately I only operate the UK side and have no dealings with the US. I do suggest contacting Amazon directly to rectify the problem for you.

Fantastic experience

Fantastic experience purchasing from Zen Collectibles. Order was cancelled due to low stock, however Stephen went out of his way to email stating stock was available and the order would continue to be processed. Would absolutely order from them again.

Great service from the start

Great service from the start. Stephen was brilliant, sent me photos and details of what I was ordering to be sure I still wanted to order (one of the items had a small ding in the tin which didn't bother me).
Would recommend and buy from again

First time buyer CANCELLED MY ORDER

First time buyer, Ordered Items, Company Cancelled My Order without Even Notifying myself. I Had to Message Company to get an explanation. I was Told only 8 items of 25 I bought was in stock .. Disappointed and some … FIRST & last Time 👍🏼

Hi Sir,

Thank you for your review regarding your order experience. We apologise that we had a stock counting error which is few and far between, unfortunately it just happens to be your order.

We have checked the timestamps and your order was cancelled at 16:59 and an apology email sent at 17:01.

We have just gone back to check the inbox and spam box but can not see an email between the time we cancelled and provided full refund and when we sent our courtesy email to explain why we had to cancel and refund.

If you have the message you sent please forward as we would love to see why it has not come through.
