Exactly as ordered. Delivered quickly and without issue. Minor denting to the box, but I suspect that was due to handling during transport than because of Zen.

A superb experience. The order came promptly and as described (Evolving Skies Booster Box) after some trepidation on trying a company i have never used before i was not dissapointed. Over the past year i have been let down by some pokémon companies such as PokeJapan etc. I would not hesitate in using Zen Collectibles again.

Brilliant Pokémon website, generally stocking some harder to find bits that aren’t available elsewhere such as evolving skies booster boxes. Was a tad worried at first given I hadn’t heard of Zen Collectibles beforehand but previous reviews filled me with confidence. Much better service than the actual Pokémon centre site especially the nice quick delivery, usually next working day.

Used ZenCollectibles earlier this week regarding an urgent order. As stated on website if you require next day shipping that you contact customer service. I had an almost instant reply and we managed to get the order sorted and on its way. Received all items I’d ordered and had 10/10 service from start to finish. Can’t wait to use these guys again, I 101% recommend them!

I was looking for a Pokemon Celebrations Elite Trainer Box online and also found Zen Collectibles and I messaged them, but the owner already saw my post online and I was like, I got exactly what you need. They sent me pictures to see if I was happy with the item as it was for my sealed collection and provided me with updates each step with tracking and proof of packaging. It also arrived on Sunday which was the day after I'd ordered it. Packaging was perfect and arrived in mint condition, speedy delivery, excellent customer service and communication and highly recommend, 10/10, purchase with confidence!

As a parent of a pokemon collector, I can find myself quickly out of my depth with all the various versions and editions. Stephen was so helpful in answering all of my questions and went out of his way to even make recommendations for products that weren't even for sale on his site. In the world of fakes and scam sellers, its so refreshing to have found someone who prides themselves on authenticity.

Stephen is also a pokemon enthusiast himself which really helps. When buying from generic stores the staff don't really know the difference in sets, or the pull rates etc. So nice to have someone with such expertise, who is so willing to answer any questions patiently and comprehensively.

When I told Stephen I was buying for my sons birthday he even threw in a few sample packs for free , with a lovely happy birthday note, which made my sons day!
