Shocking Service
Paid £84 on Wednesday for 24 hour online DBS check. Its now Friday and still havent even received a link to upload my documents - tried to call many times and its just a recorded message asking to leave phone number. emailed many times and no-one is getting back to me. shocking service.
Edit: Thank you for your response below, - I can confirm that I do not have the incorrect company as the email address you have provided below, I have already emailed on many occasions with no response (which I obtained from your website where I made the payment)

Absolute Joke
Constantly sending emails, constantly ringing for over 4 days, just automated message answers, and never gets back to my voice messages. Paid £94.00 for fast track service, and told results would arrive via email within 24 hrs, and by post within 3 days.
Finally receive an email today at 05:15 this morning stating that the address I entered was in the incorrect order? Obvious lie and excuse to bide time. Do not use! Find a GOV approved company!
I am going to give a couple more days until I get my results or further response, as this has obviously exceeded 24 hrs now. Then I am going to activate a fraud claim at my Bank. Save yourself the trouble. DO NOT USE!

Total scammers! took my money (£84) then said we hadn't paid and sent a link to pay again. Phone number doesn't work either. dealt with a Tom Richards & a Matt Ford by email, now not answering. Use the GOV.UK website, costs £23!

I applied for a DBS from these people at the end of January, within 3 days they contacted me to tell me I hadn’t paid for it, or rather they couldn’t find my payment. Tom asked me to send screenshots of my bank account to prove I had paid. I said I am not sending them screenshots of my bank account, but I gave them the information of the transaction but not my bank details, and I still haven’t heard back from them or had a refund.

Having replied to your request for information a long time ago. I still haven't heard anything from you. How can I have paid a completely different company when I was using your website? That's your problem to fix. Not mine. Unbelievable.

The reason for the confusion was possibly due to payment being made by one email address and communication by another. Additionally, we continuously have people getting our company mixed up with others.
We are unable to locate any details for yourself to be able to investigate this further.
