I have contacted Cycliq customer service on a couple of occasions now, in relation to my Fly6 or Fly12. Their response has always been quick with a positive outcome & solved my problems. They have excellent products & great customer service.

Great support. Request was responded to promptly with helpful suggestions until a positive result was found. Excellent service.

My Fly12S Front camera was unable to attach to the Cycliq Universal adapter. I had been mounting it facing backwards and after time the connection to the adapter was damaged.
The customer support over this matter was first class. Emails were replied to immediately and a replacement was received within a week.
The Fly12S camera is superb and I would highly recommend cyclist to have one.
Roger from Cycliq customer support was brilliant in sorting out this issue I had with my camera.

I have a long standing customer with cycliq since their inception. Besides a good product, customer service and after sales support is the most important part of any client based company.
My recent hiccup while purchasing the FLY12 (my fault) and speedy satisfacory resolution shows the company has mature. I need to mention Ashe, the customer support person whom I have dealt in the past and always found him prompt, helpful and has good product knowledge. Cycliq needs more staff like Ashe. I am glad things have moved positively from the past.
I sincerely hope standards are maintained.
A area to improve Fly6: Not sure if the latest Fly6 has improved to the excellent the FLY12 LEVEL (Best in the market for any serious outdoor enthusiast).
I have had every cycliq rear camera from the start and after continuing issues over each, I have given up since the last
FLY6 version.

I mistakenly ordered a USB-C connection on my new card reader, instead of a Lightning one. When I contacted Customer Service about exchanging the two, they replied almost immediately that I could keep the USB-C and they would send out a Lightning one, which arrived a couple of days later. Amazing customer service!

Roger (my customer service representative) was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Because of the time difference we dealt through emails. Roger sent me directions to update my firmware. I tried everything Roger suggested I do and it would not update. Roger said Cycliq unit was out of warranty but the they would provide me with a replacement. I want to say the customer service is exceptional. I love my Cycliq, I’ve had it a little over a year and I use it everyday. This is a Great Company. If you are a rider I definitely recommend you get a Cycliq. Thanks again to Roger for all his help.

Ich bin sehr überrascht, wie schnell mir geholfen wurde, das ist echt Wahnsinn! Es wurden zunächst ein paar Lösungsvorschläge ausprobiert, leider alle vergebens. Innerhalb weniger Tage hatte ich eine neue Ersatzkamera und das, obwohl der Transportweg alleine schon über mehrere Kontinente verläuft. Ich bin absolut begeistert und habe meine Erfahrung bereits mit meinen Followern geteilt!

I was fairly certain that my Fly12 CE was dead. Support gave me two options to try to revive the device. Option 1 did not work. I did not think Option 2 would work but I gave it a shot and several hours later the device was up and running. Chapeau!

I am a massive fan of Cycliq and it's products and have been using them for some years. I had an issue with my Fly12 Sport, that was out of warranty. The issue was resolved swiftly and very much to my satisfaction. Roger, the Support Manager, was excellent and gave a great customer experience.

I have used Cycliq Lights/Cameras for many years, I have recommended them to friends who I cycle with and have also purchased front and rear Cycliq cameras for my wife.
They have got better and better over the years as they should as new technology arrives.
The one thing that stays the same is the service that I have received from the support team, they have always stepped up, fast responses, helpful tips for me to try and sort issues and have gone above and beyond when failures have occurred.
Special mention to Roger who has assisted me greatly on more than one occasion.

I had a problem with my order (my own fault) and reached out to the Cycliq support team for help. They resolved the problem very quickly. Great support! And I’ve had my Fly6 camera for a couple of years, and rate it very highly: I never ride without it.

Outstanding customer service! I had an issue with a fly 12 that couldn't be resolved and the team replaced the unit, no muss, no fuss. Will definitely purchase again.

Things change and sometimes software updates don’t get applied quite as you’d like them to. This is where an effective and pragmatic help desk is needed and demonstrates the difference between a customer focused organisation and those that simply want your money.

In my case a small update to my Fly 12 Sport was needed. Roger at Cycliq quickly identified the issue and provided clear step by step instructions as to what was needed. Problem solved, thank you.

And to cap it all the issue was addressed so promptly that the different time zones (U.K. to WA) was not a problem.

Cycliq support were fair and thorough in their approach to a fault with my Fly 6. Once we had established (via a test that I carried out under their instruction) that the unit's battery was giving only 50% of its advertised runtime, they replaced it under the terms of their warranty.

After getting smacked by a homeless guy and harassed by some guy in a car who leaned on his horn for a full 2 minutes at me, yelling at me until I moved (green light), I decided it was time for a camera. Two cameras - one in the back and one for the front.

Many drivers around here do not have front license plates, so I got a second camera. They work well, do the job. (Though I admit I haven't figured out how to change the date/time.)

Anyway, one of the cameras started acting up and I contacted the folks at Cycliq. I got immediate attention - like within an hour! Roger was fabulous, giving me a list to do to check out the various things that could be the problem. None of this was difficult. Roger determined I had a defective camera and ordered a replacement and gave me the RA# to return the defective camera.

Everything went smoothly - and I got my new camera in just days!!! I am very impressed with the team at Cycliq and their product. THANK SO MUCH!! And thanks for making a product that helps keep us safe on the roads.

Roger and the crew at Cycliq are first rate! Just like the product they produce, they begin and end each day with the customer in mind. I'm a proud owner of Cycliq products and my wheels don't turn without them. Having had to use them in an accident, they saved my bacon. I can say enough about the products or the support. I'm a lifetime supporter and owner.

There is no better drive recorder for bicycles at this time in terms of image quality, battery life, etc.
The only drawback is that the mount is slightly less strong. I would like to see a metal mount available, even if it is an optional item.

Really pleased with response I had to a minor issue I had with my Cycliq 12 Sports camera. What was especially good was the speed of the response. I had a reply from the company almost immediately and after checking bona fides received a replacement item in just over a week which bearing in mind firm is based in Australia is really impressive.
