I’ve been using Cycliq’s Fly12 and Fly6 cameras for years now, and honestly, I can’t imagine riding without them. As someone who really cares about safety and having a record of what happens on the road, these front and rear-facing bike cameras have become a key part of every ride.

What I appreciate most is the peace of mind they give me. Whether I’m riding solo on quiet roads or dealing with traffic, I know the cameras are capturing everything—front and back—in clear detail. The built-in lights are a great bonus too, helping me stay visible to drivers, especially in low-light conditions.

Cycliq really nailed it with the features: long battery life, loop recording, and automatic incident detection all work smoothly without me having to think about it. The Fly6, in particular, gives me a sense of security from behind—something every cyclist knows is critical.

I am a long time user of Cycliq's Fly12 and Fly6 lights and cameras. I was having trouble with the battery life on my Fly12. Roger and the Cycliq support team were very responsive and effective in helping me troubleshoot and resolve my issue (firmware update).

My Fly12 and me are back on the road!

Great products. I have both the front and back cameras, the video quality is excellent and I have reported near misses to the police. As you can see the car reg the police have been able to follow up with the drivers in question too.
Recently had an issue with one camera not recording. Followed the Help pages and logged a support ticket. Had a response v quickly and a free replacement sd card sent same day. Impressed with the products and service.

Cycliq support has always done a very good job of assessing the situation and taking positive steps to correct it.

I've been using Cycliq camera for a few years now and think they're great. Lights are great and they provide really good video footage. I'm reporting several bad drivers a week through the nextbase platform. Service from Cycliq is also fantastic. I lost the back light off my bike a couple of years ago (admittedly I'd failed to use the tether so it was basically my fault). I emailed the support team and within a day they'd offered to send me a replacement free of charge. Even more amazingly, a few weeks later I got a knock on the door from a guy who'd found light I'd lost - he realised it was relatively expensive, watched the footage and figured out where I lived! Told Cycliq and they were happy for me to keep the new one which was very generous.

I bought the fly 6 pro and the fly 12 sport. The F6P works great with the app allowing you to view footage through your phone getting easier access to the files. however the fly 12 sport you need to connect to a desktop via a wire. terrible to have two devices that have to be connected by two different means. I hope they bring a firmware update to this ASAP

Warranty claim. Got sorted very quickly with a replacement - no fuss, no delay, all good. Great product that I use all the time.

Great product and great customer service. I have used their cameras for years now and they provide beautiful and fun footage of my events, but they also provide a safety net in case of an incident. Where I will have evidence of what happened, should it be needed.

A great product however after many years of trouble-free performance, I had problems with starting the device with the SD card. Cycliq Support was quick to respond to my request for help. With their guidance, we undertook a specific reset procedure with a clean formatted SD card and the device popped back into action first time. Well done and thanks

My query was answered promptly and then resolved quickly.

I'm happy with the email and the help I got from the company. I wanted to resolve the issue of why my Fly 6 stopped changing over from red to green after charging. With the companies help we resolved the issue. Even though they are located in Australia, and take a few days to get resolved GREAT JOB, THANKS .

They are willing to help when the camera has problems. In Europe we have. 2 year warranty period.
Clearly the Cycliq cameras are made for a not consumer Country like the USA, with only one year long warranty.
It should be 2 years so it includes the EU.

I recently bought a Cycliq Fly pro 6 new off a Ebay seller so I am not reviewing the company but the item.

The fly pro 6 is absolutely brilliant 👏 I've used it on a few rides now and the quality of the item is top notch.

The videos are crisp and in focus, the camera has a built in stabiliser which you can see from the footage. I can use the wifi and upload the videos from the Cycliq app directly to my phone.

This is a game changer and ive noticed cars seem to be giving myself a wider berth now.

Great camera we'll worth the price.

i want to give a huge thanks to the cyclic support team. i wanted a front facing camera. i liked the features of the cyclic fly sport 12 front camera. however, i was concerned about some of the reports of poor customer support from cyclic. i decided to take my chances and purchased the fly sport 12. a year and a couple of months after purchase, i noticed my camera randomly turning off during the ride. often times only after 2 hours of recording and the light set at low pulse. so i went on line to try some of the on-line trouble shooting. the bench test showed i was getting poor battery life. i contacted cyclic support and was given more suggestions to correct the problem.. none of them worked. i was frustrated because this was not a cheap camera. and when it worked, it was great unit. i don't think there is much available that matched the features this camera had. i then contacted cyclic with the results of the trouble shooting and expressed my frustrations. they offered, as a courtesy, to accept my camera in return for a new camera. i did not expect this level of support!! and the replacement is working great!! thank you!!!
