CRUISE MONKS Recenzje

Dan was very polite helpful and answered all the questions we had . very happy with the service received today

This company has gone the extra mile especially a lady called Wendy, booking a group cruise has it’s ups and downs, but Wendy has sorted out all our wishes and more. With my father in law needing the use of a wheelchair taken care just of the the things Wendy had sorted out for us. We can’t recommend this company any higher then 5 Stars but the service they offer is 10 out 10 for use.

Dan was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional . He made the booking process seamlessly easy - thank you Dan I would highly recommend you !

Well from the moment I called your company a gentleman by the name of Dan welcomed me in a kind and courteous manner putting me at ease.
This was great for me because I was booking my first ever cruise and I am on my own.
Dan explained everything to a T. He answered my questions without delay and I look forward to my first journey with Norwegian Cruise Lines.

He took the time to take me through all the itinery and even gave me additional information as it was my first cruise. So excited. Everything has been made so easy booking with Dan. Thank you so much

We called Cruise Monks to book a cruise to Mexico. We spoke with Dan who was really knowledgeable and helpful, and explained clearly all about the fly/cruise itinerary we were looking at. The whole booking experience was excellent and we will certainly use Cruise Monks again for future cruise bookings.

Fantastic fast response to a query from Wendy . Much appreciated.

Great polite person who was very helpful and knowledgeable

Whilst it took 45 minutes for my call to be answered, the help and service I received from Dan was well worth it as we have made a booking and are very much looking forward to the cruise. We are both pensioners, have not been to this part of the world before and could not have afforded it had it not been for this special offer. As my birthday also occurs during the cruise is a real bonus.
My thanks again to Dan for his time, courtesy and help.

Dan is always very knowledgeable about the trip you are planning and gives a great deal of additional information and hints to help you have a great experience.&

And thanks to your crazy good offers we just booked another cruise today which we were not planning, thank you for the free upgrade as well, you are the best!

Yet again a five star service from Dan at Monks travel.
