Our second time using The Cruise Line and it has been, as before, seamless. Such a pleasure to be working with Benedict who has a wealth of knowledge, who is quick to answer any questions and is so pleasant to speak to on all things cruise-related. Wonderful service - professional and helpful. Perfect!

Our cruise consultant Lynne was very efficient and professional. She responded to our enquiries very quickly and answered our questions fully. As newbies to cruising, her advice was very welcome and the booking process was easy. I will most definitely use The Cruise Line again and can recommend it unreservedly.

I have to admit I’d never heard of this company before we’d always used our familiar company but when they couldn’t help I looked around for the cruise we wanted…I’m glad I did Jess was so helpful and efficient she got a competitive price and always emailed when she said she would rang when she promised and was there when she said she would be…all round great experience. Will recommend to family and friends and will use again.

We have used Lauren when booking previous cruises & always had exceptional service. Our latest booking was no exception. Lauren was able to secure direct flights in and out of Athens and gave us several options of pre-cruise hotels. Lauren is extremely professional and makes the whole process seamless. All documentation including airline bookings arrived promptly. Cruise package price was very competitive. Would highly recommend.
