Pay them £19 for nothing
As all scams in life we find yet another one that doesnt help. You go and apply for a loan only to find out your paying for a subscription then they take the £20 pound and offer you a credit score. And yes they do tell you all this but they do this where no normal person looks when trying to find help in the hard time that we are in. Do not use them as they are just like the others shady companies in a nameless building somewhere far away so you cant go and .....
Not sure what kind of people you are by doing this to normal people might as will just be stealing like normal bad guys do.
You guys should be assamed really making a sh..tty website that gives people hope in getting funds to suport families and then you go and take the last few pounds just to pay the scum employees working for your company.
I will surelly report you to facebook for fake advertising and just plain sh..tty people

I wrote a review of Creditchum…
I wrote a review of Creditchum yesterday. And received their stock reply that, are up front about it being a subscription service, they don't guarantee a loan nor charge people for a loan, all of which is I will say factually incorrect rather than a bare faced lie. The website asked me for£0.09 of my card for verification purposes to check my card is active, this is not refunded. After this I was forwarded to a website saying Good news you loan is ready click continue. At this point you are then and inky then sent to their credit file service. So again I ask again as it's the principle how do I get the charge back

SCAM!! IT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL
I am a mother who is really struggling to pay my bills and I was searching a payday loan. Every website I was going it would take me to creditchum.
You enter your desired amount, term, etc. and it will take you to their website. Then they ask you for 0.09p for verification of your card, which, it’s already suspicious but pretty much I was desperate.
What they don’t tell you it’s that you have to pay 19.99 for their useless membership. They tell at the very very end of an email in a really tiny message.
They probably won’t give me a refund because they are going to say I agreed to this and my bank won’t give me a refund either.
I used my credit card and thanks to this charge I went over my limit and of course that is another £12 fee from my bank.
Thanks Credit Chum! Thanks to your useless service (in the end I didn’t even take the loan) I’m £32 worse off. I could use that money to buy groceries for my family.
This company should be Illegal.
Please stay away from this SCAM.

I went onto their website on 5/9/22 at midnight cos i was desperate for a little loan to get myself to an important appointment and went through everything thinking i was fetting a loan paid the 9p charge didnt end up getting it looked at my account on 9/9/22 and found a charge of £19.99 to them some how my phone didn’t save the password for my account but ive asked the website to reset it like 10 and its not so if i can’t get into my account then how an i going to cancel the payments and there is no phone number to talk to someone to sort it out STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY A REALLY BIG CON.

Thank goodness I did not pay the £19.99. It is a con, total scam. I might compile a report for the police, as seems a lot of been had by them. You think you re applying for a loan, as it asks the amount and term. Then asks for you to pay 9 pence, fair enough, you get verification things all the time. As soon as the next page comes up, it's asking for £19.99 monthly membership fee. I proceeded no further. I m lead to believe this is for a flimsy credit score file. Trading standards should be contacted about this and I will go to the police, there enough corruption with the current government in power.

Can’t give minus 1 - thought it was to check my bank and balance and never signed up for subscription, found it odd after then going onto other sites ( I thought I was approved ) …. Looked online and no matter if you tick yes to subscribe they still take the £19.99 ….. rang my bank immediately and they blocked them and are asking for the 0.09p back as well …..

THIS IS NOT A LOAN
THIS IS NOT A LOAN! I thought I was applying for a loan but thankfully having been conned once before realised when they asked to verify my account by taking 9p I realised this was a subscription discount service where they take £19.99pm in return for offering you discounts which are generally pointless to the majority. No valid loan company will ask to take any money or payment in advance. Unfortunately not illegal because everything is in the small print but makes it pretty impossible to find unless you spend hours with a magnifying glass to find it!

Lucky my bank recognised this as fraud and immediately declined the payment and blocked this company from trying to take any future payments

Asked me to authenticate my details by making a transaction of 0.09p, then they just took £19.99 aswell!!! I NEVER signed up for anything!! When I was asked if I would like to sign up for their services at £19.99pm, I ticked NO!!! Yet you've still taken the money!! I am instantly raising this with my bank and trading standards!! Appalling scam of a company...have noted your address too!!
