COYS RENT A CAR Recenzje

Always a pleasure to use, no issues and no hidden charges or large deposits to put down. Cars are always nice and clean and staff very friendly. Have been using for many years.

SIMPLE, HONEST, NOTHING HIDDEN!
I was fed up of hiring cars where you pay the CDW online then when you get to the counter you're told you need to pay more....not with COYS.
You book the car online and choose your level of cover (standard or full insurance) and thats it, its booked no payment necessary.
The fantastic driver (English guy) picks you up and takes you to the compound, you pay the amount you were quoted and you get a lovely new car (I had a C4 with 8k on the clock), I did ask what the insurance covers and was told "every type of damage and theft but not losing the keys or wrong fuel" he also didn't take a deposit on my credit card.
It was so simple, like really simple.
Thanks guys, car hire is always a stress but you are so genuine and relaxed.

dealing with English guys always willing to help

Very easy, nice comunication and great car! Other places asked for credit card wich was a problem for us, but here it wasn’t necesary.
Thank you very much! 🙏🏻❤️

We have been using Coys for the past 5 years and their service is always excellent. The booking system is really simple, their cars are always in excellent condition and the staff are very friendly.

Prices are competitive and you just feel you are receiving value for money on your car hire every time.

Excellent service

Okay price, nice car and staff.
The shuttlebus was effective

Again this was my 5th rental, every time from booking, collection and drop off excellent, cannot recommend enough. Looking forward to my 6th rental👌 Keep up the great work, Thank you, Craig Jones.

Excellent service from beginning to end

Simple, straightforward carhire with no problems. Happy to recommend. Be aware that fuel is like for like so ensure you return the vehicle with at least the same amount of fuel in the tank

These guys are amazing! Vehicles always in fantastic condition, speedy collection from the airport no fuss no hidden charges - wouldn’t use anybody else!

Great service, honest and reliable. Lovely cars. Fully covered. Worry free car hire. Used several time and will continue using them. Our go to car rental company.

Service and pick up good but still have old problem order a certain model actually a cheaper model clio and I always seem to get corsa off which the 3 cylinder version which so underpowered but few times had better version think if possible need to get vehicle you ordered otherwise there service is impeccable

I looked for a while to get a trusted rent a car company that does not scam (a lot of this practice is is Spain). Everything was ok and i reccomend them. Peter

Top-notch experience! This is easily one of the best car rentals I have ever used. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. The airport pick-up was extremely fast and hassle-free, and the same goes for the final drop-off and transfer back to the terminal.

The car was brand new, clean, and perfectly prepared. I especially appreciated the clear explanation of the rental terms and the flexibility—we were able to extend our rental by an extra day right when picking up the car. Returning the car with the same fuel level was straightforward and quick. Highly recommended for a stress-free trip!

wernt sure could make original booking and contacted coys who advised would be no fee due if we couldnt make at short notice, thinks worked out and made trip and smooth collection and return procedure,no hard sale and loveky staff, would highly recommend

I don't bother looking at other companies anymore. The service is and has always been brilliant. Special thanks to Tom who dropped my jacket back to me having left it in the car.

Using Coys for several years. No fuss, easy pick up and return. Great cars and good prices.

Excellent professional service.Friendly staff and reliable cars.

Have just rented a car from Coys for the 3rd time in just over a year, and I have to say that the whole experience of hiring from them is OUTSTANDING.

NO hidden extras, NO secret fuel charges (match the level of tank upon return to that when you collected), NO excesses or insurance clauses (save for key loss, which is not covered), and COMPETITITVE hire rates.

Couple all of that with clean, tidy and smart cars, plus a pickup and return service by minibus to and from Alicante airport, and Coys delivered yet another utterly stress-free car hire experience.

Any queries or issues are dealt with very promptly, either by phone or email - the team bend over backwards to assist and support your transaction from start to finish.

Long may this thusfar consistent and exemplary level of service continue - I, for one, sahll not be hiring from anyone else when I visit Alicante.

P.S. if I could give 6 stars, I would!
