COYS RENT A CAR Recenzje

The booking process is very simple. The car we hired was excellent. The transfers to and from the airport were very prompt.

That is how you do it

Yes. Excellent. Does what promises, easy pick up, good car, no scams...

I recommend.

On arrival at the depot after a very swft transfer I was rented a brand new C3 suv style car very impressive.
Also on the return of the I left a bag in the car with our uk house keys in. Didnt discover this until we had gone through security. They rang me and got it back to me promptly cant thank them enough.

Ideal for late night car rental. Excellent cars and great value for money.

I cannot fault this service at all.
We arrived in Alicante in the evening, called after baggage, the man that we dealt with was British, which really put our mind at ease, already embarking in a new country with language barrier was a worry for us.

He picked us up with clear instructions, was lovely and friendly, quick and easy process, the car was also lovely! We r had a Kia xceed, did not want to return it! Enough petrol to get us an hour away from Alicante, so that was a stress off our mind too.

Then coming back was straight forward to, no hidden insurances or deposits, absolutely would 100% recommend coys!

Again coys give 5 star service. From pick up to drop off.Have been using coys for a good few years and never had a problem with there service. All cars are modern and low mileage..Could not fault anything about this company.

We have used Coys Rent A Car for the third year in a row. Excellent service and nice cars. Will continue to use them and I can highly recommend them.

Great service guys.... very professional, very informative and very efficient... the car was clean, new and ready to go when we arrived at Coys Depot.... compared to several other car hire company that I have used from Alicante Airport, you are a reputable company... keep up the good work and see you later in the year.... Fantastic company, hired a Vauxhall Corsa (opel), for 6 days. Excellent prices and friendly guys.
Pick up quick and efficient, went beyond the call of duty on way home as I forgot my phone in car. He came looking for me at the airport check in desk.
Would highly recommend these guys.

Excellent experience hiring a car with this company. Booking online was simple and efficient. Price was extremely reasonable and the car we were given was practically brand new. We were met at the airport by a friendly person and transferred quickly and comfortably to their offices. No hidden extras to pay and a reassuring half tank of petrol to allow us to get to a service station and fill up without feeling anxious in an unknown place! The same fantastic service when we returned the car a week later.
All in all, it was a great service and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again, nor to recommend it to other travellers.

Reliable and professional
We hired a car from Coys for 5 days last month. The booking process was straightforward, prices, Ts and Cs clear and transparent and confirmation came quickly.

Both pick up and drop off was smooth and staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Coys rent a car saved our roadtrip! We were able to rent a car the same morning that we called. The car was so clean and good to drive. It was a good price, good service and no hidden costs. Would defintly rent a car from them again! Thank you, Coys rent a car!

This was our first time using Coys, and it definitely won't be our last. From the staff, the service, the price everything ran like clockwork. We dealt with Gerrard and Tom, and would highly recommend Coys to family and friends . Hope it won't be too long before we get the chance to repeat our experience!

A great car hire company. Friendly staff, good, reliable fleet of vehicles and competitive prices.

I have used Coys rent a car on many occasions over the past few years and would have no hesitation in recommending them for car hire.

Another amazing experience with Coys, pristine car, simple process , book , pay thats it!!!
Billy the member of staff we dealt with was a gentleman , full of manners and didn't rush us at all , and made sure we checked the interior of the car before we left (something we have never thought to do as your rushing to get to the airport) keys and passport in the dash!@!. Thank you again to all involved see you in the summer.Damian and Fiona

Where to start, this was our first time using Coys and it definitely won't be our last. Over many years we have used car hire companies worldwide including Alicante and without exception we can say that Coys was our best ever experience by a long shot. From the staff, the service, the price and the seamless efficiently from our airport pick-up, collection of car, documentation, to return of car and transport to airport, was hassle free. We would highly recommend Coys to family and friends and we will be back God willing. Best Regards John

Coys car rental is probably one of the best, if not the best car hire company I have dealt with over many years of travelling abroad. The whole process from booking, picking up the car and the return was flawless. Airport pick up so easy, arrived within 10 minutes of my call and we were on our way to the car pick up premises about 5-7 minutes away. All the employees we came in contact with were great to deal with, no hard sell for any extras. I will definitely use Coy car rental next time I visit Alicante. Highly recommend them.

This was our first time using Coys and it will not be the last. Booking was simple with clear pricing for the hire and insurance and no hidden costs.
Pick up and drop off at the airport was smooth and stress free. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and efficient.
What's not to like !

I would definitely recommend this British family run company.
Excellent rental service at Alicanti Airport.
From the start of booking to being quickly picked up we could not fault Coys rental cars.
No unexpected charges and a lovely new clean car.
Friendly service throughout and a quick return to the airport a few minutes away.
