Fantastic car rental service all included and very straight forward they managed to change the size of our car for the same price.

Easy to deal with, stress free experience.
The lads are friendly and work well together, like clockwork.
We had to wait a bit to be collected from the airport due to a lorry blocking the exit from the compound, but after that it couldn't have been more laid back.
Compound is a distance from the airport but the staff turnaround is quick and effective.
We booked a medium sized automatic Qushqai and that is what we got. Nice comfortable car and very easy to drive.
Happy with our experience and will use them again and recommend them to others.

I have been hiring cars for many when travelling to Spain and this years COYS experience is by far the best, prompt collection from airport for the 5 minute transfer to the COYS yard, slick checkin and no hard selling of insurance and then drove away in new Nissan that was exactly what I had requested, car had no marks, very clean and fresh inside, no smells and return process was again slick and no issues or delays and an immediate return to terminal, a great service and high quality vehicle, defiantly will be using COYS again.

I've used Coys Cars for over 20 years. Never had any problems. They're very reliable and professional.
I had an accident on my last visit to Spain. Nothing major. I contacted Coys on the day of my collision (20/10/2026) at 3.30pm. They were very helpful and organised a replacement vehicle. I was staying in a villa nearly 2 hours drive from Coys. But the very next day. The truck delivered the replacement vehicle and took the damaged vehicle away. All before 12pm. Brilliant service.

One of the best car rental experiences I’ve ever had!
Our flight arrived at 12:30 am, but our transfer was waiting for us right on time. The whole process took about ten minutes, including the paperwork and checking the car.
The gentleman at the desk was incredibly kind and helpful, making everything quick and easy, even at such a late hour.
I’ll definitely be booking my next rental car with you guys again. Highly recommended!

Good communication, hassle free rental there's no over charging when returning the car, helpful staff

Friendly efficient service pick up and drop off was very fast and it was great paying the all in price knowing that when we collected the car, we wouldn’t be hassled to buy extras and when we returned the car we could just hand the car back without any issues. Would 100% use Coys again when we return to Spain.

Initial booking was simple with a very competitive price. Airport pick-up and drop-off quick and easy. Zero hard sell - drove away within five minutes. Car was in perfect condition. Stress-free service from start to finish. Team are friendly, and efficient.

The car we were given, the aircon wasn't working, so in the past a car replacement would of been brought out to us, but now the company is owned by Top Gear there is no after care service, so we had to return to the airport the next day, so wasted our holiday time. It's certainly not the company it once was.

Everything worked perfectly - efficient booking process, seemless pickup and return of car. All-in-all highly recommended.

We had a truly excellent experience with Coys Rentals. The staff were great and picked us up at the airport and took us to collect the car, which was really nice. We had the car for a month. It was great knowing everything was paid up front, so there were no surprises. I couldn’t fault the experience and would happily recommend them.

Coys were very good with everything to do with hiring the car off them, first class service all around no hidden extras

Hired SUV for 7 days from here. Its very simple, you get to airport, call them and they will pick you up within 5 mins. They take you to their centre, which is located 2 mins away from airport. They drop you back once you dropped your car at the centre. My car was very good, SUV Dacia, only had about 6k mileage on it. No issues with the car whatsoever, it ran so smoothly. They do half-to-half tank and return the same level, so no issues here too. The staff is excellent, one guy picked us up from the airport, second guy dropped us back (Mechanic (sorry guy from surrey, forgot the name :( .. both provided excellent customer service.. This really was hassle free process, and know why these guys have 5 star reviews.! Highly Recommended, if I am ever back to Benidorm or Alicante, I will defo book with them again ! ... Also, I travelled with a toddler, and baby seat (excellent condition) was provided for 5 Euros per day!
