Hired SUV for 7 days from here. Its very simple, you get to airport, call them and they will pick you up within 5 mins. They take you to their centre, which is located 2 mins away from airport. They drop you back once you dropped your car at the centre. My car was very good, SUV Dacia, only had about 6k mileage on it. No issues with the car whatsoever, it ran so smoothly. They do half-to-half tank and return the same level, so no issues here too. The staff is excellent, one guy picked us up from the airport, second guy dropped us back (Mechanic (sorry guy from surrey, forgot the name :( .. both provided excellent customer service.. This really was hassle free process, and know why these guys have 5 star reviews.! Highly Recommended, if I am ever back to Benidorm or Alicante, I will defo book with them again ! ... Also, I travelled with a toddler, and baby seat (excellent condition) was provided for 5 Euros per day!

Excellent service for our recent hire car from coys. We took full package. No sales pitch what so ever for more cover. Picked up and drop off no issues at all very quick. We were picked up from airport very quickly with in 5 minutes. Would definatley use them again.

Really impressed with the whole experience. Booking was straightforward, staff were polite and helpful, and the car was spotless. Airport transfers to and from the car compound were really smooth and quick. No surprises with fees, and the return process was quick. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic what you Pay is what you pay no Hidden extras . Once again a practically new car in tiptop condition I can’t recommend this company enough

Friendly staff. Easy to book and really efficient service. Additional insurance not expensive like most rental companies . Do not be put off by off airport location as the collection time is only about 10 mins and just as quick as airport collection as no queueing for paperwork

No waiting around collected and returned to airport promptly friendly staff

Very quick pick up, nice clean car and no hidden charges later, will definitely use these guys again.

We had a late flight and once we rang from the arrivals hall to be collected the Coys pick up shuttle was there immediately at Bay 50 , no waiting around.
We had pre checked in on line and had just to pay for the car hire . No hidden extras excess in the event of having to claim on insurance was €300 but was given the option to cover this for €54 , we did take it out. Very reasonably priced car hire and we were given a beautiful automatic Renault Clio . I would highly recommend Coys Car Hire if travelling to Alicante .

Swift collection from the airport and we were on our way. I'd recommend uploading your passport/driving license prior to collecting your vehicle. Vehicle in excellent condition. Have used this company for many years. Highly recommend

Great service, friendly staff, picked up from airport within minutes, rental car ready to drive away also after about 5 minutes. Was recommended by friends and we would definitely recommend to others

great car, almost brand new and perfect for our 5 day trip to our apartment. Always very punctual and helpful on pickup and drop-offs to airport.

5 star service as a frequent traveller and using car hire companies in spain for over 25 years i can highly recommend Coys

Been using Coys for a couple of years and the service and staff are first class.
Booking procedure is very clear and easy, with no hidden costs which is essential after a long day travelling.

Solid and trustworthy- no gimmicks. Transparent. I have a bump in a car park, a petrol issue, a flight cancellation and an extension and they have worked with me on them all.

friendly and welcoming. we have been using Coy's now for about 8 years, never had a problem with the cars or the service

Hire car provided was same as one booked on website Nissan X Trail, excellent price including full insurance, no hidden fees, was advised only things not covered by insurance is wrong fuelling and loss of key, which i was happy with, pick up from airport to coys depo was very straight forward, meet them just outside airport exit, easy to arrange by calling them and a few minutes drive from airport in there shuttle, just let them know in advance when you think you will arrive and need picked up when you are returning car to depo, asked rep in advance if he could pick up 5 people with bags and take from airport to depo, this wasnt an issue, member of staff was very helpful, no issues with the hire car, very relaxed attitude towards the cars condition when returned due to having the full insurance, i chose this company as they had excellent reviews and i wanted a hassle free hire, some of the larger hire companies based inside airport didnt have as good reviews and i read some scary experiences that i didnt want to have! especially as i was travelling with children. Happy with my choice an I will definately use this company again. Thanks again COYS :)

We have been using Coys for a few years now. Their service is second to none. They pick you up from Alicante Arrivals within 5 mins then a very short drive to the office and collection point. Fill in as many details as you can online prior to your trip and that will speed up collection of your car. Friendly and helpful staff with quality cars and very keen prices with no extortionate excess protection charges. Drop the car back on return and courtesy driver takes you back to Departures. Easy !
