SCAM! Wish I would have seen these REAL reviews rather than the fake ones on their Facebook page. Was sent the wrong things (months later than the shipping I paid to receive). Don't trust the ads or the misleading descriptions. You will not receive what you purchase or even close to anything resembling quality. And there is no contact or response from the company to resolve any issues

If I could rate negative I would. Ordered my lights that were supposed to be like Govee, nope. What a joke. Some fairy lights arrived. Not as described. Also paid for express shipping, took 2 months to get the wrong item. I will be disputing this charge. Also, it should be called customer no-service. Risk free purchase my ass. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Scam website. Product recieved not as advertised and price charged to my card was more than my email confirmation. Company will not accept returns or refunds.

Like everyone else posted here, I wish I had found this first. Scammed in the exact same way as everyone else. Ordered 4x WiFi Bluetooth LED lights similar to the GOVEE lights with what was supposed to be 7-10 shipping. The lights came weeks later (ruining Christmas options) and weren't the right thing. I got cheap 4x LED fairy lights I could get at a dollar store. Severely disappointed. Shame on me for falling for the Instagram ad, I suppose, but more shame on this company for this nonsense.

I would give 0 if possible. Please avoid at all costs items are not as advertised. I ordered permanent outdoor led light advertised as the same as the Govee type and what I finally received 5 weeks later were a string of fairy lights that can be purchases for less than a tenner from a market stall. Ordered Halloween/Christmas lights like everyone else who has left feedback. My order was on November 12th. It says 7-10 days shipping. I ordered a TON of them to the tune of $132. As Christmas began to approach I started to get concerned but I saw that one package made it to Detroit and one to Cincinnati by the 15th of December. Surely that was enough time right? One package was supposedly sent from Italy and the other one from Ireland but both were sent on the 14th of November and just sat for weeks in the US. I finally got one package today in the mail. They are absolutely not as advertised. I went back to the videos they had on Facebook and on their webpage and these are not even remotely close! My first red flag was how small the package of 4 items was. It was the size of a softball and fit in my mailbox. My second red flag was that they didn't have anything to stick them to my gutter or roof with. It was just a strand of lights...with a remote control. No instructions and.....the power source is a USB that you are supposed to plug into something?!?! Outside? As everyone else here has said, this company is a total scam artist and ruined a lot of people's Christmases. Its sad that someone would do such a thing. They have not returned any messages so my next step is reaching out to Paypal first, then I guess my credit card company. I think I was sadder that I saw all of the other people on here who also got took. I feel worse for them because thankfully I had back ups. But its still a really bad feeling when you get scammed so buyer beware!!! And of course their website description of the item is now gone. Thankfully I saved the video they had up on their page!!!

Ordered Christmas lights for outside and now 5 weeks later still havent gotten them. Contacted customer service and they sent me a link for a 3rd party. No answer from them either. Buyer beware buying from these stupid scam companies. My bad on this one. Spend the money and by Govee lights from lowes
So I tried to get a refund as I ended up with fairy lights and they refused. Going to go to CC company and do a dispute. What a run around by Courtyard tok. Wish I had read reviews

I ordered Govee lights on the 20th November. The ad say $29.99 delivery 7- 12 days. They arrived over 4 weeks later and wait for it completely different lights. You can buy these lights for no more than £5 from B&H or Range. Customer service is the worst I’ve seen. Don’t waste your time and money.

Complete scam!! Same experience as everyone else. False info. No delivery. No response. Ordered on Nov 25 with rush delivery. No Christmas lights for grandkids this year.

Stay away from this scam company! Like many others I ordered outdoor Christmas Lights with express delivery. 5 weeks later I’ll finally receive a poorly wrapped package from them just to learn it’s a wrong product, so called USB fairy lights which is completely useless and of the poorest quality ever!! No support service at all. Had to make a complaint via PayPal. Seller insists they have shipped the correct product and denies a refund. I could get a 10$ refund out of 175$ as a gesture for the situation. I have made an official demand against them via PayPal now and waiting for a decision. Don’t buy anything from these fraudsters!

Website looks great, they charge you right away, and then…. Nothing happens. Stay away. 40 days later and still waiting.

Waybill and shipping information was all incorrect with no courier.
Eventually I received a Canada post tracking number.
Support line does nothing to help the situation.
No support phone number.

Stay away. Paid for expedited, 4 months later still nothing. Customer service is non existence. Can't get anyone to respond. Tracking number says is coming from Spain but has been in Spain for 3 weeks. They overcharged my card from what the original invoice was. Should have gotten them from Amazon secure and fast. Would have had lights for Christmas. What a scam! Stay away!

This company is scam. People's shouldn't buy from this website. They sent lights not what was advertised in my opinion.
I order 11/22/2023 and paid vip delivery 3 to 7 days and received it in 25 days. Not at all what was advertised.

Ordered outdoor lights from courtyardtok for $70. Received 4 boxes of indoor fairy lights. They are not refunding or exchanging. Offered $11 to make it right. Lol. Beware of this one. Obviously a scam.

This is a scam company!

They keep sending me different tracking numbers. I can’t imagine the goods even shipped. Progressing case though PayPal. They also keep sending me links to respond to them; despite using email to communicate.

Terrible, terrible company and zero service!

This company sucks…I ordered outdoor LED lights and got indoor fairy lights…no customer service whatsoever…I guess I’m burned!!
