Pengene er blevet trukket fra min konto.

Har ventet 4 mdr på levering - deres support mail eksistere ikke.

Ordered two months ago and still not shipped. No reply to emails either. Total SCAM!

It's simply a scam. You will never receive it.

Edit : after 4 mounth and thousand of mail, i receive it with a Invoice of Fedex (5,90 euro's) and Lufthansa Technik (1845 euros's)

You will receive also 2 parcel tracking, first 1 of USA wich is fake then na thousands mail, 1 from china wich is maybe true.

Attention arnaque pire site 0 . commander début décembre 2023 un T-shirt et toujours pas reçu. après avoir contacté le service client fin décembre, ils m’ont dit que c’était une commande personnalisée ça pouvait prendre une trentaine de jours. Je les ai relancé fin janvier et là ils me disent qu’il est en dédouanement. Toujours pas de numéro de suivi un troisième mail au service, client et silence radio. Vraiment, à éviter.

Absolutely a scam 100%! I ordered a custom vintage T-shirt with my face on it for my boyfriend and not only did it take 2 full months to come in, it had a random girl on it! The company refused to refund me or make me a new shirt. The threatened me by telling me “the shipping fee back to our warehouse in china will be very expensive for you. We hope you keep the shirt.” They kept telling me to keep the shirt and that they know they sent me the right shirt. I sent their customer service a screen recording of my virtual receipt proving they printed the wrong pictures on my shirt and they tried to offer me 2 USD, still claiming they sent me the right shirt but that since I’m upset they can refund me 2 USD. I PAYED 36$ FOR A SHIRT WITH A COMPLETELY RANDOM WOMAN ON IT!!! It is actually so creepy to have this shirt of a random human I don’t know and their customer service is completely unhelpful. It is very obvious this company uses one of those outsourcing centers and has them use evading tactics to not give you a refund. Do not fall for this website, they will scam you and refuse to fix anything they have done wrong. GO THROUGH ETSY INSTEAD!!! They are reputable sales people and not some big company in China trying to get as much money as they can disregarding quality. I’m extremely disappointed and am currently disputing this charge with my bank in hopes to be properly compensated. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE!!

Compre una manta con la foto a color de mis mascotas para regalo de Navidad.... Después de 1 mes y medio llegó la manta y el resultado ha sido decepcionante.
La impresión de mis mascotas no es a color es en blanco y no tiene nada que ver con mis perros.
Le he reclamado adjuntado varias fotos de otros supuestos clientes y lo que pone en la web y tienen la desfachatez de decirme que una vez comprobado el producto, está correcto y que tenga un buen dia.....voy a intentar que paypal me devuelva el dinero

Finger weg von MagicPort. Professionelles Auftreten im Internet, einfaches Bestellen, das Resultat ist jedoch mehr als enttäuschend. Drei Artikel bestellt, welche mit dem gleichen Foto bestickt werden sollten, drei verschiedene Ergebnisse. Bei einem fehlt sogar das Auge. Der Name, der am Ärmel gestickt werden sollte, ist kaum zu erkennen. Details wurden nicht übernommen. Werbebilder entsprechen nicht dem Resultat, welches absolut mangelhaft ist. Auch der Logistikweg ist mehr als irritierend. Zunächst wurde der Weg aus den USA aufgezeigt. Das Päckchen hing dann tagelang in München fest, kein weiteres Update. Bei näherer Nachfrage war die Antwort, alles liefe nach Plan. Keine Sendungsnr., kein Lieferdatum. Nach erneuter Nachfrage, mehr als einer Woche später, wurde mir ein neuer Sendungsstatus übermittelt von einer neuen Platform. Der Lieferweg startete auf einmal in China und bahnte sich seinen Weg nach Europa. Was aus dem angeblichen Paket/Lieferung in München wurde, steht in den Sternen. Es wurde auch nicht beantwortet.
Die mangelhafte Lieferung kam letztlich nach fast 2 Monaten. Jedoch musste ich mehrfach nachfassen. Kommunikation mehr als mangelhaft.

Hice mi pedido el dia 7 de diciembre de 2023. Finalmente me llego el 23 de enero de 2024, después de tener que reclamarlo por todos los medios posibles. Plazo de entrega larguísimo e información de seguimiento vaga, poco precisa. No tienen servicio al cliente como tal, te contestan a los mensajes con respuestas automáticas, no hay teléfono. Y después de todo eso, el producto no es ni de lejos lo que anuncian. Yo encargué una sudadera con mi mascota bordada en el centro del pecho y si, estaba en el centro, ¡pero diminuta!, cuando encargas el producto, en ningún momento puedes ver como quedará (fallo mío por fiarme confiando en que quedaría como en los anuncios de la web). En definitiva, una mala compra, carísima y nada satisfactoria.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I placed my order in october for my husband Christmas gift. It is now January 19 and I have zero information. It has been in Hawaii for 2 months now. They send a generic response that says the same thing everytime. They need to be closed down. They are taking peoples money and we get nothing.

If most of you guys have ordered thru magicport like I did. I waited for my order for 2 months with an email saying "your package has arrived with country destination (but was there for 3-4 weeks, after emailing many times asking where my package was all I received back was, "we are currently working on the issue, package not found or some crap).

Congratulations if you´re reading this if you´re considering to buy anything from them. DON´T. Sorry if you discovered this after buying like me.
This is part of Cashmeretribe scam (google it). Another case of ordering 3 months ago and order is "stuck" at delivery at destination country. At least they reply emails but with a plain "please be patient". Scam

I wish I had looked here before ordering. I agree, this company is a complete scam. I ordered on 12/10/23, by info on their website I was under the impression it would arrive by (or at least close to) Christmas. I paid almost $50 in total for a Tshirt and am only glad I used PayPal because that is the only way I was able to trace my transaction. Shipping says it has been in Buffalo, NY for over a week at this point- I live in TX, I should have received by now. When you contact the company you get fake/generic responses and no one to actually answer you. I will be disputing this order on my credit card.

Dommage qu’on ne peut pas mettre 0. Jamais vu un site aussi nul, le service client n’en parlons pas. J’ai commandé un t-shirt le 5 décembre, nous sommes le 16 janvier, il est soit disant à Montpellier mais depuis le 2 janvier ?!? Je suis de Paris, c’est vrai que le trajet est compliqué de Montpellier à Paris !!! Aucun remboursement possible, évidemment ce sont des escrocs, si vous souhaitez perdre de l’argent, je ne vous retiens pas!!

Ordered a sweater for my girlfriends birthday. Her birthday is on 19-12, and the sweater was supposed to arrive in 2/3 weeks. It arrived in the Netherlands almost a month later on 13-12. Today is 15-01 and its still at the local shipping partner. So I decided to check their website, they never received anything in my name. They claim their shipping partner is DHL. In my experience DHL is quite trustworthy, and if they claim they haven't received the package and are not aware of a shipping order under that tracking number I'm inclined to believe them. So unfortunately it seems this has been a scam. Which is very dissapointing, as my girlfirend was very excited for the sweater.

Ordered a t-shirt 7th of December 2023, still did not receive anything and their customer service replies are just radom and give no information. Package is already in my country for delivery since the 2de of January. This is a scam. DO NOT ORDER!

Awful, 60 bucks for a Christnas hoodie + express shipping. No hoodie, no support. They straight up stopped answering last year...Ordered and payed on the 8th of December.

Avoid!! 2 and a half months and no item has arrived. I ordered 2 jumpers on the 18th October 2023 for my wife for Christmas. The items dispatched the next day 19th Oct and I could track it until 15th Nov when it arrived in Belfast. It hasnt moved since and dispite a number of emails and online chats that Magicport reply "Hoping it will arrive soon" it still hasnt moved. Today is 2nd Jan 2024 and still nothing. I can only assume this is a scam.
