Appalling. Ordered three hoodies - all the same embroidery requested. Two were perfect one was awful - far bigger and nothing like the other two. Despite sending photos, offering to return the incorrect hoody at my own expense I was told that they’d do nothing and was eventually offered $5!!! The hoody cost me over $50. I’m now left with two lovely and one awful hoodie. These are for three girls. How can I give two beautiful hoodies and one awful

I never got my order
I never got my order. I place my order on oct 9 and to this day nov 17 is nowhere near me, first they told me is in the country and the latest update is from china. Don’t get scammed like me

I never recive the package
I never recive the package, the company say the package is in transit but i never recive a real location or status of my purchase. A month pass between now and the date of supposed delivering. I think its scam.

This is a scammer online shop!
Fake shop and fake shipping company. Fake tracking number, fake - but always updated - delivery status.
You only realize after one month your parcel is still missing and you're scammed.

Absolute scammers. They have the same advert as Mytopcustom so they trade under both and the jumpers never come and no customer services replies to any of the emails . Stay away!!

I think this is a scam.
Ordered two hoodies and the tracking number was able to be traced to Iceland but then Iceland post or customs were unable to track it. Customer service set me around in robot reply circles and after a month of no joy, contacted Paypal for a refund and was immediately given a refund without question.
Now the tracking number simply can't be found with suggests the parcels were never in Iceland in the first place.Relieved to have gotten a refund.

No response from customer service
Order was placed 3 weeks ago, I have had no response to emails or Facebook messages asking for an update. Money has been taken from my bank account and the customer service is non-existant!
