Same as everyone before me. I have ordered An embroidered hoodie with them after seeing An ad on Instagram, has been in the 'country of destination for over a month now, and I am getting 0 answers. All of the answers are useless and just repetitions for me to be patient.
Run. Run as far away as you can.

I ordered a sweatshirt in october. Never got the Item.
BAD customer service, never got my refund back, was told 3 times to be patient and wait.

Parcel made to the uk and has been stuck on the final leg for nearly 4 weeks…. I ask for help and get the same generic merry go round without any resolution…. It’s obviously lost but I can’t get to organise a replacement or a refund

Havde bestilt 2 sweatshirts med tryk. Det modtagne var slet ikke samme type tryk som det bestilte. Det var samme billede på begge sweatshirts, men det ene var blevet klippet virkelig grimt. Farven på den "beige" er mere en grim hudfarve.
Første track-and-trace hjemmeside, sagde at pakken var sendt fra USA. Da jeg skrev en mail og bad om navnet på det danske fragtfirma, fik jeg en anden track-and-trace hjemmeside, hvor der stod, at pakken var sendt fra kina. Da jeg modtog selve pakken, stod der, at afsenderen var fra Tyskland.

Da jeg skrev til firmaet med min kritik, skrev de først tilbage, at det var den rigtige vare, jeg havde modtaget. Da jeg skrev igen, tilbød de mig 3$ som kompensation. På en ordre som kostede 75$.

Scam hele vejen igennem.

I placed an order a month ago after seeing their ad on Instagram for an embroidered hoodie. I received an order confirmation email right away but nothing since. When I try to contact them through the email they provide I get an automated response saying a Representative will follow up within 24 hours. That has never happened. They give an option to continue chatting but every response from the company is automated and gives useless links. There is no way to get through to them to get an order update. I believe this is a scam.

Order was never received. Customer service refuses to refund my card.

I placed my order on the 2nd of November and have been keeping tabs on the parcel ever since. Every update has looked legit until the most recent one which says the parcel is in Launceston, Tasmania ? I live in Western Australia so why would it be shipped to Tasmania ? That’s a completely different state and it’s not one that is usually used to carry parcels from one place to the other as it is not even part of the mainland. It’s a week before Christmas and I had been holding out hope it would get here in time, now I have to find a last minute gift for my partner.
I have been waiting for this “parcel” for almost 2 months. This website is 100% a scam. I’m just lucky I didn’t spend too much on here. Absolute d*ckheads.

It has been a month since my order was placed and I still do not have
a shipping date. What is the status of my order? When is it going to
be shipped? What is the estimated delivery date?
Will my order arrive before Christmas?
please provide dates.

1 mes después sigo sin mi pedido y no creo que llegue nunca. Con la atención al cliente que existe y leyendo los términos y condiciones dudo que recupere el dinero.

The embroidery was absolutely awful. There is no way I could give it as a gift as it is unwearable.
I have sent them photos and requested a refund they replied offering me 3 US dollars for an item that cost me over $50. When I declined and asked for a full refund they stopped replying.

I ordered October 4, 2023 and it's already November 27, 2023 and never got it. They told me to be patient and didn't offer any other solutions then to "be patient" when I asked if it was possible for a refund after the first month.

This company is a Scam. Order not received since 1 and à half month.
Be carefull they give you fake tracking links from usa but the scam comes from china
