I bought the mould remover and what was shown in the pictures is not what was delivered although on further review it has dimensions and volume in small print. It is not fit for purpose in that it does nothing on mould or mildew. It is a bait and switch scam. If it was from Australia then I could get my money back....however they said it was shipping from the US and went through US customs.....weird that it had China Post on the package. The fact that Facebook allows them to advertise should be stopped as they are ripping off common punters/clients/users at the cost of some rip-off merchant.

Mould remover spray absolute waste of money. False advertising. Did nothing it was advertised to do.

This is a scam! The bottle you get is only 4 ounces. Buyer beware!!! It doesn’t work at all.

After contacting this company multiple times about the mildew cleaner not working they only offered me $4usd as a refund! They also advised that I could return it but it would be expensive for me to do so. Please don't buy it. It's a scam!

Mould remover bottle is so tiny. It’s smaller than the spray nozzle it comes with. Admittedly it does tell you it’s 60ml, but it doesn’t look like that in their adverts. It doesn't clean any better than soapy water. There’s no ingredients or instructions listed on the bottle. Their Facebook advert says they have a factory in my country but it got sent to me from overseas. Complete scam and they just get rid of bad review comments on the FB advert and their website.

Saw the mildew cleaner foam 2 for 1 offer on a Facebook ad, didn’t do my due diligence to investigate Courtyard doc and like others got scammed. My credit card was overcharged and the product is like nothing advertised . Similar to other reviews this product is literally 4 oz of soapy water being marketed as a mildew remover. Buyers please beware.

They overcharged me, and are arguing having to refund me with PayPal. They state they will ship from CA, but my order is in customs in Italy. Wish I'd done external research first but glad I just ordered one bottle.

I ordered the mold removal spray. But I received something not even close to what they advertised just too small super small spray bottles of soapy water that didn't remove anything. I like the rest I was overcharged through PayPal and only refunded the overcharged. Was scammed in buying 4 oz of soapy water. The reviews on social media were false and part of the scam.

Guessing I got scammed. I ordered one product t and I keep getting shipping updates that it’s in Croatia. Not very promising of actually getting what I ordered.

Total Scam, do not buy from this company.

Played for express shipping, took over a month. Item is only sort of as described. Not completely outdoor, the controller not weatherproof. Originally overcharged. Charged $60 us for an item available for $40 aus.
Only offered refund of overcharged amount.

Agree with all other reviews. Ordered fireworks lights, they were nothing like what was shown on the listing and both sets I ordered don't work. After a runaround from their automated customer service that it was 15 days and beyond the return time despite the "iron clad 30 day return" stated on their site, I disputed it with PayPal. Unfortunately so far their answer was the seller offered a refund if it's returned to an address in China which will cost more than the price. Their site said ships from California, yet it actually shipped from Italy and took forever. And now they want returned to China. Following up with PayPal still. SCAM!

The company could improve ratings by delivering what was advertised and ordered. I didn't realize I was ordering from a company that was scamming people. They trick you by showing these fantastic lights, but it is not what they ship to you. And when you contact them, their big plan is for you to give the lights away or sell them. I found the lights I wanted but from a different company.

Total scam. Not the lights advertised, arrived in mid January, long after the "7 day shipping" . Cheap dollar store lights.

Same as all the others, not as described. Facebook should watch their advertisers better. Don’t know if we would have any recourse through Facebook.

Ordered lights on 11-28-23 and paid extra to have them delivered in 7-12 days. Lights arrived on 01-02-24 and they were not the lights I ordered. I have been trying to get them to refund my money but most they offered was $54 out of $360.....Don't order from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would give negative stars if I could!! this is a total scam... these are marketed as GOVEE lights, and they are FAR from that... ordered in early November, they shipped from UKRAINE and didn't arrive until after New Years, even though I paid for 3-7 day shipping. when I asked to return them for a refund I was denied. back and forth emails, was finally told this:

"You can keep it for yourself, or as a birthday present.

now I'm out $100 for 300 feet of lights I can't use...

Ordered lights on nov 6th. paid for 3-7 shipping. Finally got lights jan 4th.Asked repeatedly about order and got runaround. Lights I received wasn't even the ones ordered. There's no instructions, missing parts, cant even connect lights together, totally useless. A complete scam and will warn anyone when I see them advertise anything

I ordered outdoor lights and received USB lights for indoor use only. I contacted the company to return the lights and after exchanging several emails they are refusing to refund my money or send me return instructions.
