I ordered 6 books, 5 different genre, it took over 1 month to receive the order. Then to only receive junk items. They provided 2 different books, "My Dark Romeo by Parker S. Huntington" and "Wicked Pursuit by Katee Robert" both books were counterfeit. Not even the correct books or complete. When asked to return the items or receive a refund, they offered $9 refund for $100 order. Then they wanted it returned at cost to me (which was $60). They are scammers do not order.

Took two months to deliver item and it was not what I ordered. It was crap. Scam.

What a joke. I paid for a product and after 6 weeks found out it had gone to a completely different country. After numerous emails and being given a different tracking number,which doesn't work,was offered nothing but for me to pay for their,supposed loss, and nothing to compensate me.

I ordered a swimming doll from them but have never got it nor have I been reimbursed. Bad excuses from “support”, not acceptable at all!!

Avoid this company. Ordered 2 swimming dolls (boy and girl dolls). Took over 2 months to be delivered. I live in USA and it was being shipped from China. Didn’t send what I ordered and they won’t give me a refund or ship the product I ordered. Filed a dispute with credit card company.

Avoid this company. I ordered an African American swimming doll back in June 2 months later after them telling me Customs refused to release the doll, they tell me another one is coming from China. The doll came, it not only is not the African American doll. The doll does not work. I told Courtyardtok and they said that the doll is the correct one and did not even acknowledge that the doll does’t work. Be smart don’t throw away your money!

Avoid this company and do NOT order anything from them. I ordered the African American doll and waited over 2 months to receive my purchase. After over 2 months, the doll finally arrived. WHEN I OPEN THE PACKAGE TO MY DISBELIEF THE DOLL IS WHITE ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!!! THE COMPANY CONTACTED PAYPAL AND PROVIDED PROOF OF DELIVERY BUT LEFT OUT ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT DETAILS WRONG DOLL. OPENED UP DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL AND GETTING A FULL REFUND!!!! LESSON LEARNED SAVE YOURSELF THE GRIEF AND WASTE OF TIME!!!!!

They sent me the wrong doll. Even after I sent pictures they won't admit their mistake. Avoid them at all cost.

Bought the” Waterproof” swimming doll they sent the wrong one sent them back my invoice showing I bought the long haired doll and a picture of the doll they sent me which was incorrect. They refused to admit they made a mistake. However they did eventually after many emails credit me the difference between the two dolls also it’s not waterproof. We used that one time, and it shorted out the battery compartment turned black and spilled acid out. Avoid this company at all cost !! Big scam

I ordered a swim doll 2 months ago, the tracking is saying it been sitting in Melbourne since the 7th of July! I check it every day, it's not moving. I don't believe it even made it to Australia
I feel it's a scam. I want a refund
I've found them on ebay in my own country so much cheaper.

I don't know how this company is still able to sell products. I ordered a swimming doll on June 10th and still have not received it and have no update on tracking it. The tracking # cannot be found anywhere.
They said my order totaled $38.86 but then charged my credit card $46.63. When I sent a reply email to their customer care, the email was not delivered as: Address not found!
What a terrible company!!!

If I could rate this a 0 star I would! This product is an ABSOLUTE waste of money! This is MOST certainly a SCAM. The tiniest bottles filled with nothing more than water & perhaps a little dash of dish washing liquid. They offered to refund me $2 back & I could keep them! What a joke! Will be tipped down the toilet 😡

company is nothing but complete crap. Ordered the Mildew Cleaner 60ml bottles and it is nothing but soapy water never again

Horrible company. Attempted to cancel my order one minute after ordering. When the company responded 30 minutes later, they stated the order was already shipped, which is not factual. I canceled because they charge 30% sales tax, which was not disclosed at checkout and then they play games when you’re trying to cancel.

Item never delivered. Tracking shows it was delivered to a different address several states away. Company is giving me the run-around and saying there is a problem with the tracking number and that the product has been delivered so they will not issue a refund. Unfortunately, I fell for this scam.

Do your research, which I had wished I had done. NOT worth a penny. Total scam. Went to try and find their ad on Facebook, but couldn't find it. Everyone should be told ahead of time what a crooked business this is. Got the bottle that was the size of a doll's cleaner and the amount didn't even get all the way around the corner of the shower basin. Haha! Will never buy from a FB ad again.

Total Scam. 1st tracking number from Spain. 2nd tracking number from china and said delivered but USPS had no record of package being delivered or tracking number. 3rd tracking number delivered to my same city but in a different name to a different address. Now I cant get any answers. Cant get a number to call.

The mould spray head tube is too short and doesn’t reach the liquid. How am I supposed to use it? I smudge some of it from the bottle but it didn’t work well. No, don’t buy this item.

If I could give you a zero, I would. Ordered my hats it showed there was a warehouse in the United States. So I was expecting my order to get here fairly soon. It's already been two weeks. I see how everybody else was scammed and it's taking month. I guess I haven't got to that point in time. I'm glad I bought through PayPal because I will go have a talk with them. It's been two weeks. It's been sitting in Belgium . Why, Belgium I would not have ordered from you, just start with, unless it was in the United States.. Why, Belgium I would not have ordered from you to start with unless it was in the United States and you said you had a warehouse there. I want the hats but I'm almost guaranteed you're not going to send the right stuff, because that's what everybody else said. I think I need to just get a hold of PayPal and cancel it out. You definitely are not trustworthy.
