Total scam, I ordered 6 month ago. Never received the product.
Ask for a refund or a new shipping, never received an answer.

Reached out to customer service to get their recommendations on size—sent them measurements and a picture of my couch. They recommended a certain size which I then purchased. It took two and a half months to arrive and didn’t fit. They were not willing to assist me in exchanging and instead insisted that I pay shipping to return and a $20 restocking fee meaning I would get less than 50% of my money back. Waste of money, would not recommend!!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NEVER DELIVER YOUR PRODUCT. I ordered 4/15 still no product and refuse refund as of 8/16!

They come off as an American company with warehouse addresses in California and Oregon, but the product is 100% made in China, ships from China and has the quality of a China product. They cover your furniture sure, but they definitely do not fit the way they are advertised. I even order the next size up hoping this would solve my problem, I am 100% convinced they sell the exact same sizes labeled as different and charge more for the same product. They do not have the durability or quality you would expect of a product with this price.

Ordered 4 months ago, sent multiple emails inquiring where it was and what was taking so long. When I asked for a refund I started being ignored!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I wasted $100 and had the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Without a doubt my worst experience. It's been 4 months and I still haven't received it. Please do not take a chance or even consider giving them a penny. I'm livid at this experience.

I was emailed and told that “as a small business in the U.S.” they “appreciate my understanding with extended shipping times due to COVID-19”. Fine, I can understand that. 1 month later, no progress on my order. 2 months later it shows up from China. Made in China. Shipped from China. The product is thin and wimpy, you can see the original pattern underneath the couch saver. The “tools” to hold the fabric in place are circular foam sticks, absolutely rubbish and cheap. Would not recommend.

The website was easy to use. Although it took a long time to receive the covers and they don't actually work for my oversized couches, the website was great and easy to use.

Absolutely horrible please don't make the same mistake I did. Took over 3 months to get my order customer service would never help or cancel my order, but told me I could return it when I did eventually receive it. Then they started shipping out of the US so I ordered another one with plans to return the first one like they said. After using the couch cover it is terrible quality and does not work. It constantly comes untucked and the foam pieces don't work. Now i want to return them both but oh surprise they forgot to mention last time that for returns they will charge $15 which on a $35 couch cover is over 40% they keep for me to return it. Only order from here if you like throwing money away.

It took a while to get here, But It was worth the wait. It saved my couch. Thank you and I already submitted for a second one.

For sure the worst company I’ve ever done business with. 3+ month delivery time (yes, a QUARTER of a YEAR). Customer Service refused to provide updates and even when they couldn’t tell me where my order was, wouldn’t give me a refund. When it finally arrived, it came with no instructions. I reached back out to customer service to ask for instructions and I was told nothing helpful at all. I was sent videos that didn’t actually show how to put it on. Save your money. This isn’t worth it.

Product took over three months to arrive and the color was not as described. The beige color was more like a light pink. The return fee and shipping costs mean I get only a few dollars back. Very disappointed. DO NOT BUY.

It’s has been 3 weeks and I have yet to receive my order. While the site was easy to navigate, it does not make up for the time and inconsistency of the service.

Ok so my wife entrusted me with ordering some couch covers for our relatively new couches so our dog would not shed or make a mess of them. It has been 3 weeks now since we ordered them and we still have not received them. Now I don't know if it's because of the pandemic, but we are pretty disappointed (more so me) because we have not yet received them.

I would give a rating of 3/5 stars due to the long delivery time - I had to wait over 2 months. The quality of the material is good.

I have not received my CouchSavers yet but I am super excited. I am supposed to get it this Friday, July 31st. I am appreciative for CouchSavers keeping me updated on my order status! I have 4 dogs and one of them especially is a couch potato so I know the CouchSaver I picked will be the perfect fit for me and my furry children!

Couch savers are the worst. It took almost a month for us to receive ours, when they came they completely did not fit and the quality was awful compared to walmart which was half the price and the sizes are actually right. Not to mention the 20% restocking fee and you have to pay for return shipping. Awful company
