I got an email telling me I was selected out of over 1800 orders to receive my order (of two couch covers) for free as long as I posted a review and replied “done” to the email.

Here’s the exact quote: CONGRATULATIONS!_
You were selected to win A FULL REFUND and get your order for
FREE. You were chosen out of our 1839 customers this week.

I did everything I was asked to do and never heard a response. When I inquired about my refund, I was told I wasn’t selected as a winner and just entered into a drawing. On top of all this, it’s been a month since I placed my order and I still haven’t received the items I purchased. I will not be doing business with them again. There are tons of other companies out there that sell couch covers.

Total crap product does not have the wet repel like advertised. We have a pup that piddles this does nothing for that you’ll see. When you can literally see everything when hold the fabric up to light. It’s been total crap and took a month and 1/2 to get. Don’t buy, complete crap product. And they mislead you from purchase to receipt or should I say to deceit? I get confused when it comes to these people. They won’t tell you your order is shipping from Hong Kong you won’t get tracking until it reaches US and then there is a label changed when it gets to fed ex. Stay away!

Haven't received my item yet. I was told 5 days, it's been 14+. The covers look great in the previews.

Items were shipped Quickly and thanks to the sizing guide everything fits perfect.

Just received my couch covers after placing the order on APRIL 21st... I thought the purchase process and customer service was great at first and was very happy with my decision. After I placed the order, I contacted them at least once a month wondering where my product was, to no avail. After receiving the USPS tracking number, I found out that it was coming from China after initially asking them where this would ship from (they said Oregon). I’d expect to wait about a month from something coming from China, maybe two for reasons beyond their control (COVID), but 3 MONTHS??? That is ridiculous. DO NOT BUT FROM THEM. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

WAS VERY EASY TO PICK OUT WHAT WORKED FOR ME AND ORDERING AND COMMUNICATION WAS GREAT.

The website was easy to use. When I did need help, the live chat was wonderful and easy. The person I spoke with was able to help me very quickly and I got my order placed. Thank you!

This business is a scam. I bought several covers that didn’t fit. When it was time to return them, I contacted them and didn’t get a return address. Shipped the items to the original address which cost me $58. Now they don’t want to refund my money claiming the return address is in a different state or Belgium.

Would be nice to actually receive this item. It’s been over 2 weeks since ordered, with no one from customer service is able to tell me when the item will be delivered. Buyer beware this ships from China (I didn’t realize this when purchased), and it was not communicated that there would be such a shipping delay. When I asked to cancel the order and receive a refund, I was refused.
If you need or want something within a reasonable timeframe, shop domestic for now.

I placed an order for a royal purple couch saver on July 2, 2020. I received a confirmation email that my order was received, payment accepted and being processed. On July 3, 2020 I received another email stating I was the weekly winner of 1839 customers and my order was going to be free if I wrote a review. I wrote a positive review believing that I had won free product. I finally received my couch savers after the promised due date and was billed for the product. I submitted an email asking was this a discrepancy and was told a winner had not been chosen. Mind you I submitted copies of the email stating I was the winner for that week. Bad business practices! My couch savers didn’t fit as promised and trying to reach a live person is like “ mission impossible “.

Wife and I needed badly a new couch since our cat destroyed our old one, with lack of work due to covid19, couchsaver not only saved our couch but also saved our life and wallet! Thanks to their great C.S and sales Staff :)
