We requested to cancel our VPS subscription **before the new billing month**, contacted them via tickets, Discord, and their website, and **did not use the VPS at all**. Their system does not allow users to cancel subscriptions themselves, and cancellation depends only on the provider. Despite clear requests, they refused and charged us anyway, claiming the service was “working fine.” This behavior feels misleading and unprofessional, even if the amount was only $30. Please be very careful before purchasing hosting from this provider.⚠️

[Expérience très négative avec Leora-Host]
J’ai loué un serveur RDP chez Leora-Host pour un projet temporaire avec mon équipe. J’ai payé la première facture manuellement, mais les suivantes ont été mises en paiement automatique sans mon consentement clair ni explicite.
Quand j’ai demandé l’arrêt du renouvellement automatique, on m’a dirigé vers un système de résiliation que je ne trouvais même pas sur leur site. Le support était peu clair, souvent contradictoire, et manquait de disponibilité. Au lieu d’une véritable assistance, on m’a renvoyé la responsabilité, avec des réponses floues et un ton parfois désagréable.
Pire encore, lorsque j’ai demandé l’arrêt des prélèvements et la fermeture de mon compte, leur attitude a changé et ils ont refusé catégoriquement. Quand j’ai évoqué la possibilité de faire valoir mes droits légalement, on m’a clairement indiqué que je n’avais aucun recours.
Ils ont également refusé de supprimer mon compte et mes données personnelles, prétextant des obligations fiscales, ce qui n’excuse en rien ce refus.
Enfin, mon nom et prénom apparaissent dans leur système sans que je les aie fournis, probablement extraits automatiquement de PayPal sans mon consentement.
Je déconseille fortement cette société, qui manque de respect, pratique des méthodes douteuses et offre un support contradictoire. J’ai dû annuler moi-même les paiements automatiques via PayPal pour éviter

Lorsque vous passez une commande sur notre site, il s’agit d’un abonnement. Vous choisissez la fréquence : mensuelle, trimestrielle ou annuelle. Vous avez choisi un abonnement trimestriel et payé pour cela. C’est normal. Nous ne pouvons jamais vous facturer avant la date prévue, donc vous n’avez jamais été facturé avant le moment dû.
Vous nous avez contactés pendant le week-end, alors que nous ne travaillons pas le week-end. Je vous ai conseillé d’ouvrir un ticket sur le site pour que nous puissions répondre le lundi. Il est donc normal que vos messages du week-end n’aient pas reçu de réponse immédiate.
Nous ne supprimons pas les données ni ne fermons les comptes clients, car toutes les factures doivent rester disponibles pour des raisons fiscales et légales. Vos données sont en sécurité sur nos serveurs.
Votre prénom et nom ne proviennent pas de PayPal : ce sont les informations que vous avez enregistrées sur notre site.
De plus, vous avez contesté le paiement initial et affirmé à tort auprès de PayPal que nous vous avions facturé avant la date d’échéance, ce qui est faux. Nous avons fourni toutes les factures à PayPal et nous avons gagné le litige. Cela laisse penser que vous vouliez que nous supprimions votre compte et vos données afin de contester le paiement comme vous le souhaitiez. Nous sommes une entreprise légale et nous agissons conformément à la loi.

I was kind of skeptical at first since I was starting a new server and switching companies but in the end I got the best bang for my buck ended up paying 3 months ahead which will work amazing for me, super simple setup amazing support and barely any flaws if that my last vps would always be under attack and so far I've had 0 issues

So far it has been a very good experience. The owner is super nice and helpful. Even though the only space was in Germany our connection in NA is GREAT! Pings have been good for everyone and not get bullshit excused like my last host. I even now pay cheaper and they have already protected against a DDOS attack.
