This product took 2 months to get in and came in the wrong size. Returns are practically impossible and customer service is horrible. Telecom companies have better service. One product came in with a torn seam.

Is anyone interested in filing a lawsuit for false advertising and negligence? This company needs to be held accountable for all of the people they screw over with Chinese junk.

Unlike some of the other reviews, I did not have an issue with shipment...must have been a Covid issue. Be sure to read the fine print for returns. There is a 20% restocking fee. The covers are not water repellent as advertised and the white foam pieces do not stay tucked in the cushions. Terrible product, terrible customer service!

Its a trap! Notice on the website there are 8 reviews yet no way for you to leave a review? Shipping took longer than any other company I've ordered from. The "foam" is cheap and not even cut square. Also cut in random sizes with one piece that is smaller than the rest? Put it all on and my sofa looked like a fat person in spandex. Sat and the couch and poof! All the foam rollers popped out. Someone is making a lot of money off of you...

I did not have a good experience with this company while there communication is great. The free shipping took 45 days for me to get the covers they say the warehouse is located in California I am located in Texas. The site says 20 days OK oh well I waited but when I received the covers they would not stay in place do to the fact that I was covering a leather couch the foam just slipped out, with no one even sitting on the couch. They have a 14 day return policy I was 3 days past that when I contacted them to ask to return them they would not budge she said I agreed to the terms when I purchased them (True) I said I didn't agree to wait 45 days for shipping from California also (True) Be sure you are aware 20 percent restock fee and they will not help you if you dont return within the 14days not to mention the super slow shipping 150.00 down the drain I might look else where if you are in the market for a cover Hope this may save some grief and money for someone else

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! It took 3 months for one simple package to arrive, no joke. By the time it arrived we had already gotten a different cover. And their return policy is so crappy we couldn’t even return it. Just a horrible company with horrible customer service!

I lost my money and never received my sofa cover.

Do not buy. First of all it took 4 months to arrive. Then when it did it was defective as the ties to tie it underneath the sofa weren't opposite each other. Total waste of money!

I just bought my couch saver cover. They sent me the wrong cover. To my surprise their refund policy is really nonexistent. You have to pay to ship it back and then pay a restocking fee of 20%. This is not what a reputable company would do. Due to COVID I didn’t have to send it back but still got charged the 20%.

I ordered this back at the beginning of August. Not soon after my order I got to update for shipping that said my package had been picked up by the courier. I have not had an update on my shipping or received my package since August 6th. This company doesn't care about the customer. I don't even care what my product looks like anymore I'm so fed up with the company.

I’m sad to be writing this as I was stoked to find couch covers that we loved. However we ordered 2 couch covers from couchsavers.com back in May (over 3 months ago) and have still not received them. The tracking information gets updates about once every month as is constantly shipping and arriving from different locations than previously posted (different final destinations and departures it doesn’t add up) they have refused to refund us due to “it days it is on route”. Completely Inexcusable!! It is a scam, don’t waste your money on a product that never arrives.

I placed my order in April. Around June, I started emailing the company to find out why I hadn’t received anything. They gave me the runaround. I decided to contact the better business bureau and file a complaint. Shortly after that, I did receive a product. But the product is nothing like shown. It is basically an overpriced fitted sheet. I wasted almost $100. Total bummer.

This company is one of the worst I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They sent me an incorrectly sized product. It didn't have instructions on how to fit it (which they tell you every package they dispatch has). The quality was poor and looked nothing like what was advertised. When trying to get a refund they initially tried to fob me off saying it was outside the 14 day refund period, even though it was not and they requested pictures of my couch and various other things to drag it over this deadline. Eventually they agreed to refund me...kind of. I have to pay shipping. They then deduct a further 20% to send someone else the garbage that was wrong for me. Covering your couch in old newspaper would be more beneficial than dealing with this disgraceful firm.
