Website is not functional, not possible to buy tickets to the collaceium on any of the dates. In theory this is the official website, but it is not functional and there is no physically based office I can visit to get a ticket either. Otherwise there are heaps of people trying to get you to over pay for a non-official group tour. Just very poorly run I expect better for one of the most amazing cultural sites in italy!

Ci sono dipendenti, semplici dipendenti, che si rivolgono in modo arrogante ai clienti e agli operatori turistici con i quali dovrebbero collaborare in modo sinergico e costruttivo, non avere modi mafiosi e maleducati. Molti tacciono per quieto vivere ma certe reazioni sono un pessimo biglietto da visita per i monumenti e per il paese. Le risorse andrebbero scelte meglio.

I have been reserving timed entry tickets from all over Italy for a trip in the Spring, including the Vatican museum, Uffizi and Academia Galleries & Duomo in Florence, Basilica San Marco and Campanile in Venice and the Milan Duomo and Da Vinci’s Last Supper and Rome’s Borghese Gallery. But the Coopculture website that handles ticketing for the Roman Colosseum, the Forum, Palatine Hill and the Domus Aurea is absolutely the worst ticketing site I have ever dealt with or tried to deal with! Every day I monitor the site to see what is the best time to acquire my needed entry tickets, but available time slots rarely appear at any time even when I try at 1:00 AM. The Italian Ministry of Tourism should be ashamed that they give the responsibility of handling ticketing of these important historical sites to such a flimflam outfit.

Non si puo fidare questa agenzia. Come altri, ho prenotato i biglietti per Palazzo Reale a Torino. Pagato ma non ho ricevuto i biglietti. Al Palazzo hanno detto che céra un problema con la sistema....

It is impossible to buy the complete experience underground Colosseum tickets - a vendor or tour company must have a program which immediately buys all available tickets. I get in the website as soon as tickets are released but the tickets have either been bought already, or, there are tickets seemingly available but when I try to buy them and put them in my cart I have a message to say tickets are not available. It is the most frustrating experience.

I was advised to book tickets for the Colosseum through Coop Culture- the official site for the Underground tour.
They make tickets available a month in advance but not at a set time so it is difficult to know when to go on the site to book.
I started to view the site at 0700 today just to be on the safe side although it normally loads new day about 0900. I checked just before 0900 and 19th September wasn’t available. Same at 0900 and 0905. Then a few minutes later I refreshed the screen and 19th appeared.
However the day was shaded pink - tickets all sold.
I had noticed this over the last two weeks when I have been monitoring the site. Basic tickets seem to have availability but not the Underground tickets.
It appears to me that some sort of rigged purchasing is going on whereby other tour companies have insider knowledge of the second the tickets become available and buy them all up only to then charge 3 times the amount for the tour.
Shame on Coop Culture and the Italian Tourist Board for letting this happen if this is the case.

Terrible website. Difficult to get through to people to help you on the phone. There are no humans to speak to about your tickets at the colosseum or the forum, they just direct you back to the website. Would recommend booking through a third party provider, rather than direct with these guys. It will save you the hassle and worth the extra few euro.

Nell'occasione della Notte dei Musei io e mio marito abbiamo scelto di visitare il Tempio di Ercole Vincitore e Villa d'Este. È stata un'esperienza magnifica e molto suggestiva. Pur essendo tiburtini, non avevamo mai avuto il piacere di fare una visita guidata. La serata è stata accompagnata da letture di passi poetici, che ha reso il tutto davvero fantastico. Aspettiamo con entusiasmo i prossimi eventi previsti per il mese di giugno. Un grazie speciale ai professionisti che ci hanno accompagnato.

Obligation d’acheter en ligne sur ce site pour accéder au forum et au Palatin (guichets fermés). Je ne recommande pas l’achat d’un ticket Full Experience valable 48h car il ne permet l’accès aux différents sites qu’une seule fois. De plus, les indications pour accéder au SUPER sites ne sont pas claires ou ceux-ci sont fermés.

Terrible customer service!

We had tickets books for the Coliseum today Monday 25th April at 1025am and there was a medical emergency on our plane yesterday with my husband Mr Sean Bull. Our plane got diverted to Pisa instead of Rome. We was in hospital for several hours an emergency and were put up in a hotel in Pisa.



On Monday we had to get a train from Pisa to Rome which was 3 hours long to get to Rome

This company would not allow us to change our tickets even though I pleaded and sent medical documentation to them.

Disgusting service and I don’t recommend them !

Unusable interface if you are travelling. Hangs, crashes and just useless. We have tried for over an hour to book tickets after taking the information from the tourist location itself, and now gone to a third party - paying more.

Évitez l agence Rome muséum coopculture ! Notre vol a été annulé. La compagnie aérienne alitalia ayant fait faillite. Prévenu 3 jours avant. Impossible d annuler la réservation sur le site et de récupérer notre argent. Une belle arnaque ce site.
