No bag
I ordered 3,5 weeks ago. Still no bag and no solution from customer service other than keep me waiting even more. Very disappointing.
I did put a lot of energy in communicating with customer service. In the end they returned the money. If you don’t want all that hassle do not buy online.

I recently bought a bag, and the condition is even better than I expected! The descriptions and condition labels on the website are truly accurate and trustworthy, so you know exactly what you are getting. You can tell that the items are very carefully selected — everything looks stylish and handled with love. I’m absolutely in love with my ‘new’ bag! Delivery was fast and smooth too. Impeccable service and hand picked bags
This is my second purchase from Collectorscage and I am extremely happy with my bag - it looks new 🌟 just like the first one. They reward loyal customers with secret sales and discounts that are very good 👍🏻 You always get a card with the authenticity of the item you purchased.
