Bin sehr zufrieden. Die Tasche ist in einem top Zustand, besser als ich eigentlich dachte. Versand dauerte etwas länger aber nicht schlimm. Preise sind super. Werde definitiv nochmal bestellen.

Hvis jeg kunne havde jeg givet dem 0 stjerner. Jeg har bestilt 2 gange fra collectorscage nu, taskerne og priserne er egentlig fine.
Men jeg opdager så at jeg har kommet til at smide mit ægtehedsbevis/certifikat, jeg skriver en mail til dem og skriver om man kan evt få et nyt sendt eller vi kan gøre noget- jeg modtager en mail ca et døgn efter og får beskeden “ nej vi laver kun ET ægtehedsbevis så det kan de ikke “ hvilket jeg synes er meget mærkeligt når det er min taske og andre hjemmesider, vintage sider mm tilbyder dette - jeg har en taske fra en anden hjemmeside der både har tilbudt på mail så jeg kan printe eller jeg kunne betale små 50kr for at få sendt et nyt…
Som en butik med så dyre tasker og det “ry” de skulle have for at give kunden den bedste oplevelse er jeg dybt skuffet.. jeg synes det er dårlig stil over for kunden og jeg kan simpelthen ikke forstå at man ikke tilbyder dette.

I was really excited to receive the bag, but unfortunately, the package was almost destroyed when it arrived, which was quite disappointing. It definitely affected the overall experience. Luckily, the bag itself was in good condition and lived up to my expectations, it kind saved my day.

I came to this shop few times with my husband and we both love it. We purchased also a very nice bag that was unique for the colour and model. We had the pleasure to meet Monika that she is very polite and patient not just with us but with all the clients. We appreciated our experience and we will come more often.
