I went on your website and found the…the most fabulous shoes
I went on your website and found the shoes I wanted except I was confused over the sizing, I ordered US size instead of looking for the UK size so I emailed Cole Haan and very swiftly received messsage from one of your colleagues named Bobby he saw what the problem was and emailed me a new order form to complete with the right size when the wrong picture of the shoe came up, again very quickly he corrected order and had my shoes within days very impressed with service from your staff, quality of the shoe fab !!!

Cole Haan pro topspin trainers great quality
I always buy cole haan trainers. I have them in various colours. I saw this company had white and blue colour with a dusty light blue laces and I thought they look lovely. They are good quality, look stylish and are always a comfortable to wear. The delivery was fast and was good communication through out. I went a few times in the shopping center Fendwick, in Kingston, unfortunatenly my experience is negative, doesn't match at all the standars and quality of Cole Haan, the staff absolutely no care the customers, even you buy a shoes. Really bad experience, all of then hidden all the time in the back office and check their mobiles.
