Very comfortable great value shoes.
I bought my first pair in a shop in Toronto on the recommendation of a friend. They were very comfortable and good value. Was very happy happy to discover you can buy them online in the UK. Have bought two pairs. Excellent next day service delivery.

Think before you buy a lovely pair of trainers
On 18th September, Order UK59016, I ordered a pair of slip on trainers after receiving a different pair a few weeks before as a gift which were so comfortable. I couldn’t believe that they were delivered the next day. I was so interested to try these because of their lovely styling. Unfortunately they did not fit but it was all my own fault as I should have ordered a wide fit instead of medium. I am now searching your website for a replacement.

Not happy with the product
The trainers are comfortable, but after the first time I wore them, the creases became very visible. After just a few wears, they also started squeaking so loudly that I can no longer wear them.

Difficulty ordering and unable to return item
This is my update of an earlier review when i encountered problems on 2 Sep 2026 trying to return a pair of shoes from cole haan as the wrong size had been delivered.
After much difficulties I finally managed to initiate the return process. Paid for registered mail to return the shoes and got a receipt of successful shipment back to cole haan on 7 Sep 2026.
Waited for refund but did not receive. After 3 weeks wrote to customer service and got a generic sorry letter saying how cole haan understands my frustration.
It is now 13 October 2026 and still no refund and customer service has stopped replying.
Potential buyers should take note of this experience before they consider an online purchase from colehaan

Updated reply:
Hello,
Thank you for your recently updated review. We are sorry to hear that this has not yet been resolved. We have noted your location as Singapore, so we are wondering if you have purchased from Cole Haan Singapore rather than the UK.
If this is the case, please note that we at Cole Haan UK are only able to access systems for the UK. You will need to get in touch with the customer service there where I am sure they will be happy to help. You can find them at the address below:
customerservice@colehaan.sg
I hope this helps and the team there are able to resolve this for you.
Many thanks,
