This has usually worked fine for me BUT
This has usually worked fine for me - either you scan a QR code, enter a discount code or just show the app and the barista takes the amount off. What is galling though is only 2 months into my membership year they have now lost their arrangement with Black sheep coffee.
In London this is a major loss and hugely brings down the number of outlets where this app is of any use. I’m sure they should have known this was coming and should have told people in advance before they purchased it. I for one will never renew after this year - just Caffè Nero is not enough.
And a poor deflecting response below from them too straight off the bat about having no “liability” for supplier changes, sorry but no one here is filing a lawsuit/ making you liable/ suing over a coffee discount - you’d think you could act though with a bit more integrity and awareness when half your offering goes into thin air. Good bye.

Great value for money
Have been using coffee club for a while now. Luckily we use Cafe Nero quite a lot, who support Coffee Club, and have saved a considerable amount of money.
Would definitely recommend.

I got my usual discount from Cafe Nero . Your system works well. My only negative is that sometimes I cannot access a discount a second time on any given day. Overall , your facility is excellent.
