If I could give less than a zero I would. I asked to have it canceled within 15 minutes of submitting my intake form. I didn’t even hear from them by email for about a week. They claimed that it was already. I should’ve looked at the reviews first. Do not do business with this company! The formulation that they are trying to give me is not even equal to what I currently have. The concentration is much less and they are trying to add a B vitamin that interacts with the other part of the compound. I pointed this out to them and they said it wasn’t their problem! This is a very dangerous company to be working with! I have filed a dispute with my credit card company, and with the Better Business Bureau

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Nextmeds and specifically with the way Josie handled my concerns, as she only wanted my business.

The prescriptions I received did not appear to be consistent with what I was expecting or what I believed was appropriate for my treatment. I raised concerns about the medication, dosage, and safety, but instead of receiving a clear and professional response, I was ignored.

This is especially concerning when dealing with prescription medication. According to the FDA, compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed. The FDA has also specifically warned about quality and dosing concerns involving compounded GLP-1 medications.

I expected Nextmeds and Josie to take my concerns seriously, provide clear answers, and put patient safety first. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed and ignored.

I strongly encourage anyone considering Nextmeds to do their own research, understand exactly what medication and dosage they are receiving, and ask questions about the pharmacy filling their prescription before proceeding.

My review is based on my personal experience and concerns as a customer.

They scammed me. I sign up for 6 months supplies. They send me 1 vial which was temperature compromised. I reach out to them. When u call the customer service line it’s like a receptionist that takes messages. I’ve emailed multiple times about the medication update at first. Then request my refund cause I have not heard back from them. Never got a call back or email reply. Now I’m disputing the charges with my back

They take your credit card information without you speaking to a provider first. Medication wasn’t received you can’t speak to anyone in management when you call customer service they tell you they can’t reach management and they’ll call you back within 24 to 48 hours and that doesn’t happen. They also don’t refund your money so basically you’re getting no service and no product and getting ripped off!!!

I’m really sorry for the ones who have had a negative experience with this company. So far everything has been great in my end! I received my medication two days after placing my order and their support team has been wonderful. I am truly sorry for everyone else’s experience and hope things turn around for them.

Shipment of my first month has been delayed. I purchased 6 months Tirzepatide compound at $80/month. I’m currently with another provider, which is more expensive. I received a notification that a pharmacy can’t fill 2 active prescriptions. I asked for a cancellation and my money back. nextmeds said they don’t do refunds, but they will process my cancellation. I’ve currently filed a charge back, contacted the FTC, and now putting together a case for when I report them to the Illinois State Attorney General’s office. It’s also illegal and fraudulent for them not to process a refund for goods I’m not receiving or able to receive. These crooks need shut down.

I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks for medication that they said would arrive in 2-3 business days. I have contacted them no less than 10 times and have asked for a refund multiple times. They respond, I will give them that, but they won't send my medication and refuse to refund my card. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They do not deliver the medication!

Zero stars. Sent me someone else's medication. *Red Rock pharmacy*. Wrong name, birthdate, state, and dose. They refuse to send me the right dose, refuse to answer emails, even after I sent them all of the info, and refuse to discuss sending my (3 months) worth of money back so I can go somewhere else. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! SCAM

Omg this has been a nightmare and was recommended by trust pilot I’m shocked!
I have been put through the ringer for days asking for scripts and photos and after all that they can’t find my initial information out on the application that takes your money immediately and now I have no meds and they don’tcredits wtf not to mention when I get calls from next meds guess who is the caller id.. Embody that consistently calls me stating they re nextmeds….?? And have the same. Annoying …waitmusic as :Embody did and the same wait times. Something really fishy about this Embody did credit me but next Meds says no refunds needless to say Not Happpy still no drugs after paying beginning of August and no they don’t recognize me..

I can’t believe that I didn’t read reviews before I placed an order, they took my money. They keep sending me emails saying that my order was delayed. I never received anything and they lied and said they delivered it but if they delivered it, why are they constantly still sending me emails saying that it’s being delayed? This company is a scam and I will be getting an attorney regarding this.

Don't waste your time with them. Won't prescibe you at your current dose and will ignore all your emails.

I paid this company and got nothing in return. No product, no real service, and no response when i tried to follow up or cancel. The account just sits there asking to "request a refill" for something that never arrived.

I am disputing the charges through the bank now. If you are thinking about signing up, don't. There are legitimate telehealth options out there, and based on my experience, this isn't one of them.

The sign-up was smooth, and the payment went through instantly. Everything after that fell apart. I paid and never got the service I was promised, and when i tried to sort it out, the company went silent.

The real problem is the billing. Getting them to stop charging and getting anyone to respond to a cancellation or refund request is a wall of automated replies and dead ends. I am now going through his bank to stop the payments and dispute the charges.

Do yourself a favor and read the complaints and the FTC record on this operation before you sign up. Once they have your payment info, getting your money back is on you, not them.

My brother signed up and paid, and then basically nothing happened. No medication, no real consultation, just a login page that keeps asking if he wants to "request a refill" for something he never got in the first place.

Multiple emails & texts got me no where.
They took my money. I got a confirmation from a provider than my prescription was sent to pharmacy but nothing beyond this.

After 10 days they said it's in review and will be sent to the pharmacy soon.
I CALL BS.

I wrote then 2 more times and nothing.

Multiple emails, dodging, refusing to address the issue, never connected with a provider. This is a shady company. Avoid.
