Clip-in extensions are designed as a temporary, non-permanent solution for adding volume and length without causing damage to your natural hair or scalp. If you’re experiencing irritation or hair pulling, it’s possible the extensions may not have been applied correctly. The clips should sit securely on your hair, not directly on the scalp, which could be the cause of the irritation you’re describing.
If the extensions felt too heavy or uncomfortable upon initial use, we would have gladly recommended discontinuing use and offered you a return for a refund or exchange. We also advise against using these as permanent extensions, as they are not designed for continuous wear.

I understand that it takes time to ship and arrive , I don’t understand why I don’t have a tracking number as that has never happened with a valid transaction so I’m to wonder if it’s legit ? The number they provided for contact doesn’t work.

Good hair piece
Good hair piece but some strands come out during styling. It also doesn't match my brown shade, its way too light...I will have to dye it since they didn't have the darker brown in stock.

Worse extensions!
After wearing extensions for over 10 years I thought I’d try clip hair for the first time as they offered a longer length than my usual hair company, within a week my hair was getting notty, it was getting frizzy and shedding loads. I ordered 200 grams and after almost wearing for 4 weeks it feels as though it’s now 150 grams! I used the Nanos which I do not recommend using this company for hair extensions. I’ve been in contact with them and they offered a few options to resolve 1 option being I take the hair out and send it back. Which means I lose out on the hair fitting I paid for and then to be without hair for a while. They were sent numerous photos of what was happening to my hair and I shall attached the photos here so you can avoid this hair! I accepted a 25% refund but that’s only based on the fact I have no choice but to purchase new hair from my other company and put that toward it and I also due to not being in the country for a while means I just could not have no hair extensions in my hair so I can at least plait it! This is super disappointing experience and I 100% don’t recommend. This is not human hair!

AGAIN DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY. THEY REFUSE TO SEND ME A SHIPPING LABEL WHEN THEYRE EXTENSIONS ARE MADE HORRIBLE. THE HAIR IS NICE. ITS THE FACT THAT THEY CUT THEM TO THIN THIN THEM OUT THATS MY PROBLEM AND THE FACT THAT IT ISNT ENOUGH FOR MY HAIR. AND STILL FOR THIS PAST WEEK THEY ARE REFUSING TO RESPOND!!!! As explained in our previous correspondence, after reviewing the images received we cannot see any signs of a manufacturing fault.
However as mentioned, providing the hair has not been worn, brushed or styled in anyway this can be returned for a refund and once again details on how you can return, have been emailed to you directly.

As your order's value is significant, we are required to follow the UPS claims protocol, which involves allowing them sufficient time to thoroughly investigate your non-delivery claim.
We have proactively reached out to UPS for updates.
Rest assured, we have escalated this matter with UPS given the extended time frame.
We understand that this situation is far from ideal and can be very frustrating. However, since we don’t have any conclusive evidence of the non-delivery on our end, UPS is currently investigating the GPS data, the driver involved, and the proof of delivery they have on record.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process and will keep you updated with any developments as soon as we receive them.

Bad quality
The hair is beautiful, but unfortunately doesn’t match with my natural color. But I am more disappointed because, I’ve only used this extension twice, every time I comb it, a lot of hair falls out. Another thing, I washed it today and saw that the dye came out in the water, so the hair is probably dyed. I really liked the extension even though it’s not my hair color, but that two issues make me very sad.
