Phenomenal! I’ve worn hair extensions for 8+ years and have tried almost every brand out there, including the $400+ ones. These are 10/10 in terms of quality of hair, length, color, everything. AVOID BECAUSE THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AND YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY
Please be aware that this company doesn’t accept returns unless the hair package is untouched. Therefore expect that if you order the wrong colour or item , you will end up losing your money . I’ve ordered hair that came up extremely heavy and uncomfortable . I’ve asked for a return on the next day to exchange it for a lighter item which was approved so I posted the item back. After more than a week , I’ve had a reply that they cannot accept the item because it is not in a re-sellable condition. How are you supposed to see an item if you don’t touch the package , and see the item without touching the ' hygiene seals ' that are non-reusable so you can't put them back on ? And why you made me send the item when you saw the photos that you approved and they've matched the item condition which was in its original package? I’ve requested an exchange for a lighter item and was never even bothered for the price difference. It was requested on the next day and you can clearly see that the item was unused . Now I’ve ended up losing money for an item that will never ever use. PLEASE AVOID ORDERING AS YOU WILL ONLY LOOSE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! The quality isn't even that good and the one-piece hair was so heavy that it could literally damage your scalp and natural hair especially if you have thin hair.

As outlined in our return policy, the item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered—unhandled, unstyled, and suitable for resale. Unfortunately, the hair received was not in a condition that would allow us to place it back into stock and resell it to new customers.
While we understand this may be disappointing, it is very rare that we have to decline returns. However, we must be fair to all our customers and maintain high-quality standards. This includes ensuring all returned items meet our hygiene requirements and are in pristine, unused condition with no signs of styling, handling, brushing, or odours.

First of all i ordered here because it was ‘cheaper’ than the websites from my country ( at least so I thought 😢) (The Netherlands)
I ordered the: Darkest Brown (#2) Double Drawn Seamless Clip In Hair Extensions AND Silver Shadow Balayage Double Drawn Seamless Clip In Hair Extensions
I payed €475.- euros in total directly so no klarna or afterpay
BUT then the next day i get a mail from their courier that i have to pay €129,42,- extra otherwise my package will NEVER arrive
I felttt SCAMMED and forced to pay such an awful feeling but I payed.
So total €604,41,- When here in my country I could’ve gotten 3 extensions for that price instead of 2 😢
So today the package arrived first of all the package smells like urine and poo? Strong odor even on the box where the hair is inside.
So I openend the package first impression all good but then? I take the hair in my hands and it feels BRITTLE AND HARD it gets knotted immediately this is such bad quality this is NOT human hair I feel scammed so badly
If the hair was amazing quality I wouldn’t even mind that I was forced to pay more
But forced to pay more and bad quality ???
Wow I feel scammed.

I love the quality of the clip and they…
I love the quality of the clip and they are very beautiful, but I ordered the silver gray and they were more blonde than gray. I took a chance and took them to my salon and my hairdresser tone them to the color that I actually ordered and did not get, so I had to wait a whole week after getting them before I could even try them. After my hairdresser put her magic touch on them and me spending another $70 which I should not have had to do to get the color that I need when I ordered what I needed and they we’re way off…they are perfect now but all in all, I’m very disappointed in the color. Blonde is not silver gray.

Don't look the same in person
Extensions themselves are good quality and staff is polite and helpful but the color does not look anything like the ones online the website or instagram and that was AFTER I requested additional photos/videos of that shade. As a natural red head, I figured they would be more natural looking but in person, you can tell it is not a natural red and closer to clown red hair. I now have to spend extra money to get them altered to look hiw they did online/my actual color. Pretty disappointed, wouldn't trust this site if you want a natural red color.

import tax fee
I was unaware that I had to pay an additional import tax fee of 30 Euro to have the extensions shipped to Germany. I don`t remember any indication for that on the cliphair page.
Also the hair I recieved is very thin. Much less hair compared to extensions I ordered elsewhere for that price. The hair is nice and soft to the touch though.

The hair is so silky and soft
The hair is so silky and soft! The length is chef kiss! I missed my long hair but due to my wife having breast cancer I cut my hair to show her support. She loved my long hair that she didn’t want me to cut it in the first place so I ended up buying extensions and I couldn’t be happier!
