I ordered dark brown curly hair
I ordered dark brown curly hair . Unfortunately it wasn’t a colour match for me or the curl style that matched my hair. I had to remove it from its box in order to put it against my hair to see . The hair was never clipped in my own hair. It was never brushed. It was never tampered with. It was exactly the way I took it out of the box . Return policy said if it was taken out of the gold wrapping we must take pictures of the hair to prove it was in its original condition . This I did and sent it to customer service and they refused to accept the return . Hair is in its original untampered with condition . No reason for them not to return it for me . For this reason I will never order from this company again .
PS. Your team did not send me any emails saying you will now accept my return and have your team check over the hair . I have no responses to my emails only one saying you will not accept my return . So your response is false and a little to late as I have given the extensions away and repurchased via a company that has better return policies .
Not responding until you get a bad review is not good customer service . Do better in the future if you’d like to keep repeat clientele .

We can see from the images we received that the individual pieces had been separated from the hygiene bands which then affects our return policy as mentioned on the packaging.

The hair arrived
The hair arrived, darker than expected and earlier than expected which was great. Great quality silky human hair which looks long lasting. It still matches my hair so I'm OK that it's darker but it wasn't true to photo colour.

Perfect fit
I am obsessed with my extensions from cliphair! I have blonde curly hair and it's been difficult being able to find a match for my color and curl pattern. Not only did cliphair have the best match, but it's great quality, easy to use, and well priced. I will absolutely order more in time!

I’m in Canada
I’m in Canada, I was charged at customs 115$ because a new delivery service was used to ship. They don’t contact you like DHL to pay duties.. they pay them for you, the company then charges you double in fees for doing so. Prior to this I’ve paid a ~45$ duty. I have not found a way to mediate this with the company… it is really hard to get in contact with them. I am a loyal clip hair customer but after 5+ years, Im aiming to source from companies that use DHL, or other reputable delivery services due to this.

Shipping takes weeks! Beware
Three girls in our house and we all purchased from here. New shipping company is an ABSURDLY LONG WAIT. The link from cliphair website takes me to a website not in English for tracking. I reached out to customer service and all I got was yep still in transit and sorry about the delay. It’s been 2wks since I ordered, I don’t have my package. Used to take a few days with Dhl.

I wanted to wait to write an honest review of my clip on hair extensions. I ordered 220 grams, when they really weighted 150grams. Upon wearing them for the 2nd time the hair started to get really tangled and hard to brush it out. Mind you I was using all of my Olaplex products in these hair extensions to make my hair last …. I really had high hopes for this brand but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations I had to throw them out within 6 months they don’t resist heat even with a heat protectant. Mine got so damaged and fried

Great Product and Speedy Service
These are the only extensions I buy, as they’re great quality and comfortable and easy to wear. I dye them vivid colors with semi-permanent dyes, and true to their promise, they dye and style like my own natural hair.
One of the big things that keeps me coming back is how mind-bogglingly fast the shipping is.

Returns policy is a scam
I returned two items due to poor quality and a colour mismatch, which other reviews also mention. I did not even remove the items from their original packaging to view / feel the hair. My return request for both items was accepted, and I arranged collection with Royal Mail. However, I was only refunded for one item because the company claimed only one item was in the parcel. I have evidence for every aspect of this experience, including photos and email exchanges. Since they refused to refund me, I had to file a claim with my bank to resolve the issue. This entire experience feels like a scam – avoid this company.
Edit following Cliphair’s response: I have also shared evidence of Royal Mail’s collection twice - there was no post office receipt, as Royal Mail collected the package from my house. Cliphair know this.
