J'ai acheté mes lunettes sur le site de Clearly très facilement. La livraison a été même avant le prévu. Malheureusement, il fallu retourner les lunettes, car était plus large que j'imaginais. Même si j'ai fait la simulation avec la caméra de mon téléphone avant d'acheter. Donc, je vous donner une idée, mettez aussi la largeur totale de la monture, pas seulement celle des verres.
Concernant au prix, je trouve que Clearly a du bon prix et en plus, c'est une compagnie canadienne.
Bianca m'a aidé sur le chat pour créer mon retour. Elle était tout le temps gentille et prête à m'aider. Très bonne approche au client!

I got the wrong prescription/strength…
I got the wrong prescription/strength and I has provided the feedback on it right after oredring: I sent a message to the 'help with order' button to say the strength of the penses pas wrong and added the correct one and I still received lentes with the wrong strength.

They charged me for the glasses then…
They charged me for the glasses then the day they arrived charged me twice - then when I tried them on and the are disorienating I called the toll free number and was o. Hold for 30 min then when I got a human and automated message cut me off and asked if this transaction solved the problem WOW I pushed w for No then they said we will contact you later and hung up on Me What crap - you'd think thw human i was talking too would call me back when cut off - i habe to wear the glasses half way down my nose to see and thats not how you wear them

I had been with Clearly for a long time, then I found other suppliers with better pricing, I knew at the time Clearly did price matching, but the process was a bit involved, so I switched to another cheaper supplier for exactly the same contacts. First time around was okay, then there was some issues so I decided to check out pricing again and found with a promotional discount, Clearly were back in the pricing game. As always easy ordering and great delivery time - oh and free shipping.

Pro: The expected delivery date was delayed, but they accomodated me by delivering by Fedex which helped me get the product in time.
