The Clearly.ca service has deteriorated since the ownership change. Clearly was always my go-to for contacts as service was excellent and pricing very competitive with an easy price match process.
Unless they make price matching easy, I'll likely purchase from the more economical site. To do a price match, I had to call customer service, waited on hold for 30 min and then was hung up on. No price match :(

Amazing
Clearly has always been my go to for contacts and glasses. The selection is unbelievably amazing. The prices are incredible and they shipped to you very quickly and very rarely if ever make any mistakes great place to purchase your eyewear they even have designer, which is nice too when you have a couple extra dollars to spend overall amazing place to shop. Thank you. I’ve been shopping here for a very long time now actually probably the only place I ever shopped for glasses in Contacts now.

I tried over and over to place my…
I tried over and over to place my order.. the site only would recognize my old email ( which your staff was supposed to have fixed on a previous order) then the first person I spoke with this order said she'd fixed it AGAIN. NOT! Tried multiple times again and had to communicate with someone in the Philippines ( at times not appropriate for Canada) she did fixed it enough that my husband finally got my order to go thru. Then I rec'd an email saying you had a technical issue and my order would be later than stated. I was out of contacts by the time things got sorted out :( The woman apologized that it had taken weeks to sort out that I missed out on the free trial contact offer :(
Non of my experiences have been easy :(

Il est très facile de naviguer sur ce site internet. Le magasinage de montures est exceptionnel, on peut même essayer comme si nous étions dans une boutique. The ease of ordering was good. Communication after ordering was lacking. Glasses are good, not sure yet about the frames ,arms are bulky especially when I wear hearing aides.
