Livraison à la mauvaise adresse
Il y avait une erreur dans l'adresse de livraison, par ma faute. 2 ou 3 heures seulement après que j'aie passé ma commande j'ai parlé avec un employé via le chat pour rectifier le tout. On m'a assuré que le changement était fait, mais le colis a tout de même été livré à la mauvaise adresse...

It was simple to order my contacts online, the site was easy to navigate, BUT.. delivery was OUTSTANDING. I ordered my new contacts on a Wednesday and they were delivered to my door on 2 days later!! That's unbelievable!

A quick response when needed
I wanted to get lenses for a new prescription, before a two week trip to Africa in two days. Delivery was shown as 6 days, but the delivery came in 24 hours.

Air Optic Night & Day Lenses
I’ve been using the Air Optic Night & Day lenses for close to 20 years. I’ve purchased these from Clearly for the past 5 years. No issues with the lenses whatsoever from Clearly. Long expiry date and sealed in original packing. Contacts are sent the day I ordered them and in my hands in 2 days. Better than ordering from my optometrist and cheaper as well.

Very easy to order
Very easy to order, great quality, prescription was perfect. No Adjustments nessesary.
The only issue is that the frame color that shipped with the glasses was NOT the color I had ordered. I ordered Havana and what I received was plain brown.
I will order from them again.
Just wanted to give a quick update to this.
This morning, April 20th, I just placed my second order with Clearly, and now my whole family are going to order glasses through them.

Awesome glasses & value - hopefully I can get them adjusted
Awesome glasses, awesome value.
I got an email saying there was a technical problem with my order, but the glasses arrived okay. This is my first time with glasses with my new prescription, and at first I felt some discomfort in my left eye, it seems to have mostly settled now.
I can't see my prescription info since I entered my prescription manually. It says I was supposed to get a "packing slip included in your package to check that the prescription ordered matches" but I did not get one.
The left nosebridge also doesn't quite fit my nose, leaves a red mark over time and will need to be adjusted. I plan to go to a Clearly store to hopefully verify the left eye is aligned correctly and get the left nosebridge adjusted for my face.
I love the glasses. Hopefully everything goes well and I'll update my review in a few weeks.
Edit: Bernie from customer service was super helpful, explained the packing slip is no longer included and confirmed my prescription is correct. All good, just need to adjust the nose pad. I'll try visiting a store first. I'll update my review again soon, thanks!
