Customer service is great
Customer service is great! I sent an email worried that the measurement on the glasses I was ordering were different from my last pair years ago. I got a very reassuring message back saying that she had gone back in my file to check, and thought they were slightly different..these should still fit the same way.
So I ordered them. They arrived much faster than I thought they would, and I love them! But they are just a bit too straight over my ears and slide slightly down my nose. They are so nice that I am thinking I should just go to an eyeglass store to get them adjusted rather than wait to have them returned. The price is also less than half the price quoted by the optometrist store. This is crazy!

There is no email communicatio
There is no email communication i thought my insurance claim went threw apparently it didnt but I didnt find that out until after the glasses were delivered to my house because the chat person said there was a balance. Suddently there is a PayPal request but not from clearly from their main account that I didnt know. They shouldn't have shipped if there was no payment made. They were delivered and the case was bent and damaged refused to send me a new case for my 11 year old daughter to keep her glasses In

Easiest ordering to delivering
They were really fast. It took less than a week between ordering and having it delivered. As long as they have the items in stock of cos but I had used Clearly for the longest time and never had any issues with them

No cancellations or modifications possible
Clearly are amazing if you get your order right and if they have it in stock - lenses arrive really fast. But if make a mistake on your prescription, or if, after you order, you learn it will take a month to get to you, they wont let you modify or cancel it. You have to wait for it to arrive and then return it. And their customer service people are kinda rude.
