No cancellations or modifications possible
Clearly are amazing if you get your order right and if they have it in stock - lenses arrive really fast. But if make a mistake on your prescription, or if, after you order, you learn it will take a month to get to you, they wont let you modify or cancel it. You have to wait for it to arrive and then return it. And their customer service people are kinda rude.

Scummy Company
Editing my review to add that they had offered to refund my shippings fees due to how disappointed I was, which they did and I didn’t ask them too, and then they recharged me for the shipping fees 3 days later without even emailing me to say that they were.
I felt like they really mislead the timeframe for when you’re going to be getting your glasses. It’s advertised as 3-5 days for delivery when it’s more like 10. Something they are aware of, because as soon as I paid, my estimated delivery date went up. If they knew it would go up the second after I paid, the estimated dates prior to paying should have been accurate and it would have impacting my choice to go with them over Kits.

Quick delivery is great but…
Quick delivery is great. However my address was old and thats on me. But I messaged twice to change it and received no response. I tried to change my address on line but it was too late. So my contacts were sent to an old address. I am hoping they get returned to a post office for me to pick up.
