Pro: The expected delivery date was delayed, but they accomodated me by delivering by Fedex which helped me get the product in time.

My vision in my right eye is completely distorted; the optometrist’s prescription is:
OD (Right Eye): Sphere +0.25, Cyl -2.25, Axis 096, Add +2.75.
OS (Left Eye): Sphere Plano, Cyl -2.00, Axis 084, Add +2.75.
As soon as I put on the new glasses, I can clearly feel the distortion.

Clearly is my go to
Clearly is an exceptional company to deal with. I’ve used them for years. The only real complaint is with the delivery confirmation. I think it is great that they are using ICS for delivery… but to recieve an order at 9:30 am. And not get a confirmation for the delivery until at 5 pm.

The fault is with the delivery!
The fault is not with Clearly, it is with the delivery company you use.
They tried delivering Wed morning but couldn’t (my fault) Reading the notice that was left gave me zero information on IF they’d try again to deliver, nor any address or phone info for me to go pick it up. I finally called the number I found for Kelowna pick up and the person I spoke to explained on Thursday late afternoon that the place would be closing at 3pm the next day (they were already closed Thu at 4pm.
I arrived Friday at 2:15pm and they’d closed already! Now I had to wait over the long weekend until I could pick them up today (Tue)
Not happy with that, but the lenses are fine.
