Still waiting on a response from someone about my failed delivery. You cannot reach anyone and the ai chat is terrible and had to re-order another set of contacts. I’m hoping someone will reach out from this review but I doubt it.

Good price- bad customer support
Good price, good quality but HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Basically you joined most other companies to only offer a chatbot NOT A HUMAN support.
I know it saves you a lot of money.
No real human. No phone number to talk to a human, not even an email to reach a human, that you still offered about 2 years ago.
3 stars instead of 5 because you eliminated the human aspect of your customer service support.
