The sunglasses are even better than I imagined they would be! They are smaller than I was expecting but sooo light weight! Perfect for the humid weather in Florida. I was so glad they came by Canada Post rather than by courier that I would need to track down and they came early!

I paid for faster shipping
I paid for faster shipping. I ordered on a Wednesday and the estimated date for the fastest shipping was Friday or Saturday. Package didn’t arrive until Monday. Which is when it would have arrived if I had chosen free shipping. I needed it sooner and was willing to pay for it. But arrived late.

Trying for the first time
I normally received my contact lenses through my optometrist, but that process was cumbersome. I decided to go a different route and try "Clearly." I went to the website, found what I wanted and the rest is history. My new replacement lenses arrived in a very timely manner. The Haribo gummies were also an added bonus.

Poorly
Poorly. It took too long to get my glasses and I had made an address change to which clearly did not deliver to. Prices are too high now so it's not worth going here as opposed to my optometrist.

Absolutely terrible customer service.
A seller is responsible for the products they sell and shouldn’t just ignore customers when something turns out to be defective.
One of the contact lenses in a box I purchased was defective. It scratched my eye and caused excessive tearing and irritation. I simply asked the company to replace that one lens, since each lens comes in its own individual blister pack. I even offered to send the defective lens back for examination.
At first, customer service asked me for photos of the box, batch number, and other details, which I provided. But then they started asking the same questions over and over again, and eventually stopped responding altogether. Just completely ignored me.
And I’m not even a first-time customer. I’ve purchased contact lenses from them before.
I'm now planning to contact my bank to dispute the transaction, as well as two official consumer protection organizations to help protect my rights as a customer.
It's honestly shameful to run a business this way.
If resolving the issue takes time, customer service could've simply told me that they needed to contact the manufacturer or supplier to arrange a replacement and that it might take a while. I would've completely understood.
But instead, they kept dragging things out and then just stopped responding.
That's not customer service. That's simply ignoring a customer and refusing to take responsibility for a defective product.
