I am very disappointed with the customer service. I tried to cancel my order by email, but apparently the email was not received, and the order was processed and shipped anyway. I was charged for the order, and despite being told that the issue would be resolved, I am still waiting for my refund after seven business days.
When I contacted customer service, they were unable to provide any real assistance. I was simply reassured that the situation would be taken care of, but nothing has been done so far.
This has been a frustrating experience, and I am unhappy with the lack of follow-up, communication, and accountability. I expected much better customer service and a timely resolution. I hope they finally process my refund and improve the way they handle these situations for other customers.

I changed the delivery address from my old default address and my order was still delivered to the old address. Even after putting in a customer service request to change the address immediately after realizing the issue. Nothing was done and my package was shipped to the default address. Please fix this.

They have my money, but I have no product.
Standard shipping was supposed to be by Canada Post - it was not. (From their Shipping and Returns Policy "• Standard shipping through Canada Post takes 5 business days for delivery") Somehow, my street address was truncated on the order, and even though my postal code was correct, the shipper - Fedex - seems to have gotten it wrong. They left a message for an address confirmation, but didn't wait for my return call before shipping the package to who-knows-where, and calling it complete. When I called their support line to try to work this out, I was never given the opportunity to speak to a human. Clearly, they believe that their obligation to complete a shipment ends at the loading dock. Clearly, as they already have my money, they have no more need for me. Clearly, I will no longer give them my money. - Insert expletive here -

These are my first contacts in many years and it would be a nice add on to include a small travel size bottle of solution in every new subscription. It would be a nice selling feature. The fit and feel was wonderful and it was nice to not have to clean and push up my glasses even though I gestured that a few times while wearing the contacts LOL...

There was bit of delay otherwise everything else was perfect. I having difficulty from the sides heavy distortion specially when driving when i check my vehicle side mirrors for lane change. I thought I ordered the best lenses available. But this is what I have and cant send back because I don't have back up on. Otherwise everything was great
